I bought a purchase on May 1,2018, and came in today , May 8, 2018, wanting to just exchange my purchase for something different in the store. She said I past the 7 day window ! I wasn’t it happened exactly 7 days ago.. Even if I was passed the window it would of been by 1 day. If the manager had any sense of customer service rapport then she would of just allowed me to exchange it. I’ve been a loyal customer there since Day 1...but they’ll never get any business from me again!!
