Wendy's

Food is always very good here, Dining room & restrooms always clean. Fast, friendly service from all employees except the older, heavy set man with gray hair that wears a cap - he's been a little rude on two occasions so now I always hope he's not there when we go. Four stars on service because of him. Everything & everyone else have been great experiences. Favorite Wendy's!

Their chicken nuggets are better than McDonald's. Just my opinion, also I love that they have Root beer. Not many places do. I only drink Sprite and Root beer and water. I also like that Wendy's has different choices on the menu, and things are always changing, always something new to try. Other places are the same old stuff every time you go. Wendy's is always less crowded, too.

Took four of my grandchildren here for dinner in Royston. Very clean and staff was very polite and friendly.

Usually busiest for breakfast and dinner hours. Drive thru only no dine in ordering. They operate 2 windows when needed, fast and friendly service with orders served hot. The bldg is kinda out of main view tucked away up on a hill having entrance in front and back of parking lot.
Great deals on 4/4 or 5/5 value bags!

Employees were nice and quick. But the potatoes were hard and very small. Other than that everything else was fine. 😃

The Hartwell Ga. Wendy's really tries to do things right. Very friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. What more can you ask for.

Clean nice haven't eating there in a while. But I like it my son did to.

This Wendy's is the best of all. At least they have managers that care . The employees they with a very good attitude every time I come in there . I don't have to wait like the one in Hartwell. They always friendly. April needs to keep up the good job she's doing keeping royston Wendy's together. She is a happy manager even tho us customers come in their complaint about our food she like I will take care of it. Going in with a kid that doesn't normally eat Wendy's, the staff took time to explain what was in the items that had interest. One of the friendliest locations I've been to. As for the food, well its Wendy's. Pretty standard. The service made the visit though

We showed up at 12:55 am, mildly lost, and tire because we had been driving for 7 hours to evacuate from Dorian. I didn't get the names of the ladies on shift but they were super friendly and helpful in getting us the food and drinks we needed to get back on the road, even though their help ended up going over their closing time! Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who were working August 31st closing shift! Absolute goddesses!

I have never been disappointed by the wendys in Royston! Food is good and they have great customer service!

I love Wendy's, especially when they're the only fast food burger joints that only buys N. America Beef for it's burgers & what is the best thing to do with your extra real Beef burgers but put them in the best commercial chili around! They've got a great menu especially with something sweet but you can't beat a Frosty... Or can you? Only Wendys can by offering chocolate and vanilla! Chili Days & Frosty Nights still holds true!

Wendy's always has the best burgers. It was a clean and neat restaurant with nice employees that also appeared clean and neat. This is where you want to be.

The blonde girl running the drive thru was SUPER sweet and hooked us up because we waited so long. Best service ever, and she deserves a raise!
