This is the place to prepare for an OCR or just have fun. The setting is perfect, the obstacles are exactly what you may experience in a race and the bonus was Cody! I was fortunate to enjoy a 1 on 1 session today and his experience and knowledge upped my training. He was patient while also challenging me to do better. He and his wife are passionate and fun. Add this to your list for training or just to spend a day being a kid again.

Cody is a great teacher! Watch him do one obstacle and it’s obvious he knows his stuff! The obstacles, atmosphere and training are stellar! I wish I lived closer so I could go every other day!

Cody and Chrissy are amazing trainers! They cater every session to whatever your current fitness level is, then push you until you reach the next! I can't wait until I'm done with school, so I have time to go back to train at King Compound!
