Parmer Monument and Stone

After a horrible experience with another company on the coping wall for my brothers grave, Todd and his crew went above and beyond to repair the wrong and his final resting place is now perfect. Shortly after my brother passed, we also lost our father. Parmer-Willis did the engraving of the dates on my dads headstone and added a sentimental image as well. Yes, we waited months for it to be completed. And they were well worth the wait. I highly recommend.

I placed an order for a stone and they were willing to work with the price and allowed payments, however after finishing the payments, 3 months of waiting for a estimated time of completion the product was never started. And there were constant set backs and excuses I then changed the order to accommodate the maker but then there was a supply issue after a was told the headstone was waiting for a sandblaster to come back form a wedding for weeks. I expressed a summer deadline a few times and the grave site is still bare.They did offer a full refund but the time is never coming back.
