The girls in here are so nice as well as the boss! They helped me with a car seat out to my car and fixed my old car seat without any questions! A1 staff, I’ve been here multiple times over the years and I’m NEVER disappointed Ia super nice car seat for $43, that’s a steal, check them out it’s worth it!

Best Store to shop at for gentle used items. Best prices in town. Great staff and owners. Linda is the sweetest and so intentional. They are always in the best spirit even after sorting through 1,382,747 drop off items. I am so thankful for this store. Keep up the great work team 💙
They give instore credit which is based on a percentage of what they will sell the item in their store not how much it is brand new online. They communicate effectively and give you the option to donate what they didn’t take.

I have recently seen a lot of negative reviews which I firmly believe is customers not understanding exactly how drop off exchanges work.

Please be kind to the staff. After all there are many other online places to sell your items if you don’t like their method. 😊

I’ve been coming here to exchange clothing since my oldest (11) was a baby. They are always so friendly and a lifesaver when buying clothes for different seasons. They never get mad when my youngest (3) is running wild through the store or being loud. 10 out of 5 stars!

Have nothing but good things to say as a seller and buyer from this store! Have been selling and buying since my two year old was born and every experience has been great.

This store never disappoints me. They have the best deals on everything. Baby clothes that would cost over $10 at Walmart or somewhere else is under $5 at this place. They also have a great selection of diapers for less than $3. I always stop here when I'm in Springfield now.

After having been to red racks and goodwill multiple times to look for my son a winter coat all I could find were very worn overpriced ones. So I decided to give this place a try, and i am so glad I did!! Went in just to look for a coat and left with multiple clothing items for each of my 4 children. There prices are incredible and the staff was extremely friendly I will absolutely be back!!

I was visiting from out of town and stopped in to check out their selection. Oh. My. Gawd. This place is wonderful!! They had so much of everything from clothes to strollers. And everything was in excellent condition. There's an almost $500 Bob stroller for right over $260. The staff was super helpful too!! I wish we had something like this in Iowa. Great place!!!

This store has always been super friendly to me, from the first day I went to look at clothes while I was still pregnant. The items are well worth the prices, and beats the heck out of most clothing you find in stores. They always have unique items, and my son loves going there. For as long as I stay in Springfield, I will probably go to their store.

I adore this store and all of it's employees. I've been using their exchange program for years and they've never let me down. They always have a new selection of things to shop through. Great place for second-hand shopping.

Love this place I buy several things for my kids here most everything is virtually brand new or slightly used they don't accept any Trash I can tell you that the owners do a very good job they have lots of selection and my son is very happy because we found ourselves and you Iowa football jacket didn't expect to find that thank you other mothers for being everything that a dad might need and being that my family and I are Christians we certainly respect and value the fact that you are not open on Sundays

The only place I buy and trade childrens and maternity items!! They offer layaway on everything in the store which is great for getting ready for changes in seasons! Staff is super friendly and always helpful too

They always have great stuff occasionally they get low but the staff has always been friendly with me,their always clean & I enjoy shopping there,taking items there for trade

The store has a huge selection of baby clothes, furniture, and even some maternity clothes. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Very nice gently used children's clothes and infant furniture. They have a small maternity selection but happy that they have one:)

Great place for gently used items.Picked up some things for grandson there and they have a play area that he had a blast in.
