I have always had great service at this location, but today was above and beyond. Sadly, my car battery gave out on a rainy morning on my way to work. After an easy checkout, associate, Chris offered to install the new battery for me. This made my day as I was already having a rough start to my day. Thank you so much!

Went to orileys today and got a battery. These guys are always super helpful. Mitchell is a great worker. He is always helpful when it comes to getting my parts. Today he installed my battery and was very quick and efficient. Was super helpful in informing me of the best deal and warranty. I go there for every part I get and he is always my go to guy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I love going to O'reilly's to get auto parts because the staff at this particular store are very knowledgeable and capable of answering most of my questions any day of the week. there not a lot of parts that i need to go to another store for. thanks to Trent for having the inside scoop on a better idea of what i was going to need to finish my repairs.

This store is my go to for parts, everybody is so nice and professional. I have never had a problem anytime I went. I am so glad that this store opened close to me and I would highly recommend

I just want to say that Mr. Mike Conley is very knowledgeable and very professional. He actually wanted to help, not just brush me off like the other car parts stores. I highly suggest you ask for Mike at O'Reilly Auto Parts off East Paulding Dr next to the Publix in Dallas.

This is my go-to shop for common car parts. The staff is pretty friendly and a majority of the time has a good understanding of common vehicles. They even don't give you any hassle about running EC2 scans if you need to get a read for a check engine light.

Love this place. The staff is ALWAYS helpful. The one lady even let me bring a product out to my car to see if it was the right thing. Really appreciate that.

Everytime I see this place their dang Jingle from their commercial gets stuck in my head for about three flippin days! They have great parts, and usually at a lower price that the other auto parts stores. Their reward system is much better too! You get a point per dollar, unlike another business where it's one point for every $20 you spend. Convenient locations, well for me at least, great prices, and quality aftermarket parts. Oh, and their loan-a-tool program has better tools too! Friendly employees, clean and easy to find shelving.

A simple stop for wipers and interior cleaner. The boy was super helpful and polite. He taught me how to change my wiper blades and got me all set to drive in yhe downpour.

I came in with a part that I needed to turn in to get a new one. The old part still had an attachment I needed removed to be placed onto the new part. And they not only removed it, but they also went ahead and put it onto the new part for me. Very nice and helpful staff!

I have been going to this O'Reillys since the addition of Cody Cash. Sometimes, I stop and ask myself, did i just walk into parts heaven...the answer is no. I just walked into the best O'Reillys on the planet. The only good thing the Hiram store had going for it was Cody. Now he runs this one. They have a knowledgeable staff and are willing to go the extra mile. Never challenge these guys to a cheeseburger eating contest, they win hands down every time. I walk into this store and leave feeling more manly. I didn't know lefty loosey, righty tighty until the manager Cody taught me. It is in the Publix shopping center, but I refuse to say that. If people ask me where the Publix is, I say its in the OReillys shopping center. BOOM.

Chelsea was very helpful friendly and most of all had every part i needed for a pressure washer tune up!!!!!!! Will refer and return

Very friendly staff. They were helpful when trying to find good brakes for my husbands truck. The process was very easy and the staff was nice.
