Rib Falls County Park

I could sit on the rocks next to this waterfall all day! Restrooms, small playground, hiking trail around the lake and a short walk to a beautiful roaring waterfall/rapids.

Great little park right off the highway with a nice picnic area as well as some equipment for the kids to play on. There is also a somewhat rough trail that will get you to the falls near the back of the park, or you can check it out from the road if you don't want to try to make the trip down the trail or have young children as it may be dangerous to some people.

A great little park with absolutely beautiful views! It has a shelter, playground, and restrooms, but the best feature is the waterfall. You have to be sure-footed, and have some shoes with good grip because the rocks are very jagged and uneven, but it's totally worth climbing out on them to get the good views. If you don't want to climb on the rocks, there are other paths that will get you there, but the views aren't as good.

Worth checking out!

There is at least one Pokestop here, I think. I was having some pretty severe loading issues.

Gorgeous little park with beautiful falls to see. You have to walk a bit behind the park area to get to the falls but it’s an easy walk. Can also view from the bridge.

A very beautiful place to relax for a while! The falls are neat! All in all a neat little park along the rib river. They have bathrooms here although they don't have any running water (other than the falls🤣) so make sure you bring some along! Not a lot as far as hiking but the falls make it all worth it!

We took the kids here as part of our camping trip and they loved it. To get to the falls you have to take the trail behind the picnic structure. There was a shallow area that was calmer so the kids could be in the water and play as well as see the falls. It was a lot of fun. This is a spot we will most likely go back to.

Easy to find little park with a beautiful waterfall area. Spent about an hour here. There are Pokéstops as well. Definitely worth the stop.

A nice place for all ages. This 50 year old still loves the swings. Especially the one you can kick back in.

The trail to the falls is rocky and not maintained so bring your good shoes. It's worth the walk...

The falls are calming. I kicked off my shoes and got in touch with the earth beneath my feet.

The falls were beautiful and relaxing to just close your eyes and listen to. Enjoyed watching the Amish kids that came alone to fish. They even caught a couple!

Very nice little park with a play area for the kids a sheltered picnic area and another picnic table next to a quiet spot in the river.

We had a great picnic here in the fall all the leaves were changing colors on the trees. We then walked down to see the falls close up. The bathrooms did not have running water, but they were clean.

For a free county park that is just two miles of the highway it is a great pit stop on a longer trip.
