CVS

As always CVS has everything and more when visiting the store. And I’m always excited about the coupons available for me to use. As well the cashier being helpful in helping me find the coupons on my phone or on the kiosk. I look forward to visiting the store every week to see what I can save with their coupons and for the products that are on sale as well. And joining CarePass is very much worth it.

Self check out is fast, the free money is great, hours are convenient and this location is wonderful.

Robin was AWESOME! She explained the membership extremely well. I go to the CVS frequently and have never ran into any issues. The associates are all very friendly and welcoming. 10/10!

My experience in this location is very great because of the people that work there! I have always went to stores that have given me either less customer support or almost the same support, but not exactly the same as this type of support that I was given from this CVS team member this day, that I had visited!

I always find a product for my care reward every month .

This by far is my cvs!! The staff is by far the sweetest most helpful I've seen in a while. I'm always greeted with a smile, and they even let me talk their ears off lol!!!! I met Ms Robin which is one of the cashiers and she assisted me with an embarrassing situation...I give them 5 stars..10 stars if I could....kudos to them

I was at CVS on MIller Rd this morning to get a few necessities. While one aisle away from the cash register, I heard a customer come in to return an item. At first I didn't really pay attention. I heard her say something about "her mother", and then...the worst profanity you can imagine. She "informed" the cashier that she had worked at a CVS, and she knew the policy about returns. I could not hear the cashier except her apology that she could only give the customer a store gift card for the return. I was surprised to hear that because I know CVS has not been taking returns during the pandemic. The cashier (Iana) was amazingly calm as the customer continued her profane rant and "graciously" accepted a gift card. I felt so bad for the cashier. I told her I was sorry she had to experience that, and I hoped she doesn't have that happen often. Iana went on to help me with a coupon "issue" and was as nice as you could want. Can you imagine how the customer would have felt had she been the cashier (if she had worked at CVS), and someone dealt with her in that manner?

Amy went above and beyond to help me in my moment of need! I was running behind in making it to a birthday gathering and was having trouble connecting my Android to their printing machinery (was part of my birthday present to the friend I was in a hurry to meet), and Amy totally took over and helped me expedite my order. Cannot thank you enough for such great customer service, especially when in such a hurry! Thanks again, Amy!

Hands down one of the best local stores! The manager, Chris, is so kind. He lent me his charger so I could charger my phone while printing at the photo booth. It was a stressful event since I had to get to the post office during a Christmas mail out for Friday evening. My phone died, didn’t get service...it just was BAD. Chris made things saine by letting me piggy back on his WiFi so I could get my photo and then charger my photo. The pharmacy has helped me on a different occasion by helping me chose a vitamin by coming out from around the counter and looking with me. Things are always on sale here for food too. It’s really a great store!

Great staff, I probably visit this location 3 to 4 times a week. Very convenient and the staff is really nice. Almost has a small store feel. Definitely the best CVS in Columbus

The pharmacy did an excellent job of helping me with a medication issue and I'd definitely recommend them when needing help!
