In a tough spot with a leaking roof in a very special home, my wife looked for a local company with good customer feedback. After that research, Superior Roofing rose to the top so we gave them a call. While there was a slight delay in being able to get in touch with Cody in particular, we were seen soon and on the schedule for repair. Keep in mind this was after the two epic rains we had in Feb 24. The work is thorough, the team is communicative and fair, and they won’t give up until you’re satisfied. Prices are fair and you aren’t pushed into anything, simply given thoughtful options.

Superior Roofing provided great service with a smile. They fixed 2 pesky leaks in our roof for a very reasonable price. The technician and customer service rep I dealt with both told me to call if we have any issues whatsoever with the repairs. I reached out to an employee of superior roofing Bryan Cooke to preform an evaluation on my roof. He came to my house while sprinkling mind you not only climb on my roof and checked it out and find there were no issues with the shingles he did see an issue with a roof boot and just repaired it at no cost. But that was not all i live in a heavily wooded area in amazement i came home and he took the time to blow the leaves of my garage roof talk about excellent customer service. I would give more than 5 stars if i could.

Chad and crew did an excellent job installing new roof. Very professional and Chad introduced himself as soon as he arrived on scene. He was very attentive to my concerns of the water irrirgation system in the yard. Markers were placed so the crew knew where sprinkler heads were located. Everything went smoothly. I had a new roof installed. Several months later, my foyer began to leak. I spend almost two years, and more money, to have someone locate the leak. No one did. Until I hired Superior Roofing. Cody didn’t take my money, give up, and abandon me as the roofer who installed the new roof and other roofers have done.
After a heavy rain and strong winds last night and this morning, there’s so sign of a leak in my foyer. But, Cody says that he still wants to check the attic for any sign of water damage, during the heavy rain and wind.
Cody is a man of his word, an honorable man. I’m grateful that I contacted him in regard to a leaking ceiling. In the future, no one but Cody will touch the roof of my house.

After having another roofing company come out to repair a leak, it still leaked. I called Superior and they came out, accessed the problem and repaired it. All of the people I dealt with were very courteous and knowledgeable. I have no leaks now. Thank you Superior!

Never had a roof installed on a home before. This is my one and only experience and it was great. My first contact was with Brian to do the inspection & I knew after talking to him that I would give them the job. He was very polite , it's a thing called "FIRST IMPRESSIONS". Everyone I talked to at the office was polite & all the workers installing the roof were polite also. They cleaned up all the materials from the old roof around the house & hauled them away. After the job was complete the next day they sent someone out to inspect the work & make sure the area was cleaned up.
The bottom line is that if you want to be treated decently do not call any other roof contractor - Call SUPERIOR ROOFING ONLY !
