Bath & Body Works

I had a very pleasant experience at this location yesterday. I had several returns to make and it went very smoothly. It wasn't busy at this store, which I liked. The layout was more open and not crammed with tables, like other stores I've been too. Honestly, although this location is about 10 minutes out of my way, I'd much rather shop here.

I haven’t had a sense of smell in 10 years. Going to BBW is always a struggle without my spouse or kids.
I went in recently for some holiday scents with my daughter and another time with my husband and Dr. Thomas went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed!! She is the most patient, kind, and helpful person and makes all my visits so easy!! Beyond thankful ❤

Picked up an order here since carrollton was not taking orders to pick up

I have always had a pleasant experience here, though some days I walk away happier than others because of the workers. Some just really know how to sell well and be cheerful and make you walk away happy.
Today I’m posting a review primarily to brag on one worker here in particular; Amber. She really knows her stuff, and was very helpful and had a genuinely happy personality. I really enjoyed her help and hope her management sees this review.

Always the best candle and scent shop ever! Love the sales!

Love the sales they offer, and the three wick candles are the absolute best buy for the money. They always have a bundle offer and it can't be beat.

It was amazing the store was beautiful and I love their candles and they were very nice to me and my family.

The store was very clean, well organized they had the products I wanted and the staff was polite and helpful.

Wonderful place to go. Sales are good 2 times a year and the lines are long to check out. But worth it.

I love Bath and Body Works. They have $3.00 hand soaps until June 18th. I just stocked up on them.

Good place but is expensive wish it wasn't I don't shop there often but when I do I go for the candles mostly

Chassidy the store Manager has changes this store for the better. The staff are amazing. The store looks great.

The chairs in the food court are fantastic. I didn't have to even smell any of the super strong smells.

The End of the year sale is the Bomb !!!!! I Always rack up & my sprays ect. holds me down all year during the next year.

Just happened to visit the mall and B&BW was having a great sale, got some sweet deals!
