I’m going on month 7 of my (first ever) lease and I can not understand the negative reviews. Anytime I have any issue, Megan is quick to send maintenance/solve it. Maintenance is also very polite and fast. I love my beautiful home and I have had zero issues when it comes to communication/having things fixed. Megan is also SO sweet, I hate to see all the negativity around her name.

I rented from Cowherd Construction for over 4 years. The ladies in the office were always very kind and helpful. The maintenance workers were also very nice and helpful for anything I needed. I loved renting from them and may rent from them in the future since my current property management company doesn't want to fix anything and raises my rent yearly. I would recommend Cowherd Construction to anyone! Very professional and caring people.

I've rented from Cowherd Construction for three years now. They let me do month to month leasing after my first year lease ran up. Which is extremely convenient for many reasons. I have a large breed dog which immediately disqualifies me for a lot of rental properties. I have the sweetest mutt on earth and most landlords look at her size and tell us no. Not cowherd thank heavens. I paid a refundable pet deposit and there was no additional monthly pet rent which I've seen a lot of places do. I have had quite a few maintenance issues due to severe storm damage which blew down my privacy fence, they had the entire thing fixed in less than a week. My dishwasher is a little outdated, but when I was having issues they had it fixed in two days. Same with my garbage disposal. Im currently looking for a new residence as my needs have outgrown my current home and I'm patiently waiting for another property to come available because I'm that dedicated to this amazing company. These are good people trying to make an honest living.
REMINDER! Disgruntled and rude tenants that have earned their evictions and have negative things to say leave negative reviews to try and tarnish their business. Discredit majority of these negative reviews. This is the best rental company I've ever rented from.

I always loved the look of the townhouses on E. Erie so when I got married, it was the first place I looked for when searching for a new place large enough to accommodate my husband and I. A unit opened up just at the right time. Upon move in, everything was clean. We had very little issues while we were there. The few issues we had with drainage clogs, the girls at the office, Brittani and Megan, always had someone sent out in no time to fix. I had read some of the bad reviews about being charged fees out of the deposit unfairly. I was a little scared and called to schedule a walk through upon our exit, like I had read in the other reviews. The girls tell you up front they are not allowed to say anything at the exit walk through. I explained I was a little scared of being charged fees that weren't fair. They give you move out instructions that are very clear and the girls explained as long as you follow that and you truly didnt cause damages beyond normal wear and tear, there shouldn't be an issue. They were correct. I didnt schedule a walk though as there is really no purpose in doing so. We did everything asked on the move out list and we received out deposit back in full. Dont let the bad reviews sway you. This is a great company that will do you right. Thanks Cowherd for providing a great place to live while we prepared to buy our house. You all are awesome!

I've rented from Cowherd for the past 4 years on the SW side of town. I have had nothing short of professional experience with Brittani and Meghan in the office. I've only had 2-3 service requests and they were dealt with professionally and as quickly as possible. The property was well kept and maintained. I left the property to move to larger accommodations. I would have stayed with Cowherd if they had rental within my specifications. Based upon my experience, I would recommend Cowherd to friends and family, in addition to new construction.

I recently was renting a duplex through Cowherd for the past two years, and I can say this without hesitation that I was extremely impressed. I have stayed with a few different companies when it comes to residential properties and Cowherd so far has been the best. When needing any kind of maintenance or having any questions, which was very rare, they showed a prompt and professional response to the situation. They were very loyal and generous when it came to receiving the security deposit back from the business. I have never stayed as a resident for a more efficient and providing business.

I’ve rented from Cowherd for over four years now. Anytime I’ve had an issue it was resolved within a couple of days if not sooner. I reported an issue in the morning and it was fixed before I got home from work that day. This is the first company I’ve rented from and I hope the only one I’ll ever have to rent from. Office staff has always been kind to me when I called in.

We recently used Cowherd Construction Rental company. We had a great experience and found everyone very helpful. Made a difficult move much easier. Thank you for all your help!

We have had a good experience with Cowherd. It was slower than they anticipated for the home to be move in ready, meaning the cleaning was rushed and not done well at all. But other than that, they are always very prompt on getting someone out when there is a problem with the home. Would reccomended.

We LOVE Cowherd Construction the home we rent is very large and priced great. From the 1st call they were friendly, warm and helped us find the perfect place for our family. They fixed any issues right away and even called to make sure the problem was fixed. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Any time an issue arose, Trent made sure it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. He made sure that each and every aspect was exactly what we wanted. Our house was completed on time and the service we received exceeded our expectations. When we build again, we will definitely use Cowherd Construction.

My husband and I are in love with our house again after the wonderful remodel experience we had with Trent Cowherd and Cowherd Construction. From the start, Trent listened to us, was patient, and worked hard to meet our expectations. His crew was equally accommodating. Any issues were resolved quickly, the project was completed on time, and their workmanship was excellent. We will definitely use Cowherd Construction in the future.

Our home was built by cowherd const. we could'nt be more pleased. Trent has went above & beyond what he said he would do. Contrary to what others r saying, we found them to be honest & straight forward about everything. we had NO problems getting anything we wanted done & in due time.
The staff & const. workers are the most polite & helpful people i've ever met. we have never rented from him, but i would'nt hesitate at all doing it...I think u will find him alot different that what the others r saying...AFTER ALL THERE IS ALWAYS TO SIDES TO A STORY.....He does high quality work & we would recommend him to anyone

Sheila and I were impressed with Trent Cowherd beginning with our first meeting about our remodel. He was patient and listened to us. It was our first time with such a big construction project. We were nervous that we wouldn't be heard, end up with something well above budget, and not our original vision. Overall, Trent was with us every step of the way. We were also impressed with most of the contractors. Any bump in the road, Trent was always ready with solution. Sheila and I will definitely use Cowherd Construction for any future endeavors.

Nice apartments with lots of space. Pretty quite, no problems with neighbors. They are quick to fix anything needing repairs. Best price I had found in the area too.
