Office Depot

It had been awhile since I shopped at Office Depot, but that was my bad! I had a wonderful experience there yesterday, and I plan to go back often. Great inventory, great products, wide selection, and fair prices. Best of all was the sterling customer service. Thanks so much, Office Depot, (and Jonathan).

I went there today in the evening and the lady in the copy center was very kind, patient and helpful. She made everything easier for me! I really appreciate her client service skills and would recommend this location.

Great selection of office products and a more than helpful staff. I generally do curbside pickup on my lunch hour for our shop office needs and I have never had an issue with anything. The staff seems to fill the order almost immediately after I place it. I never have to wait and I am always greeted with a smile when I stop in.

A few days ago I visited Office Depot in Norman Oklahoma. Josh the store manager was extremely helpful and made sure my desk was priced right. Josh then helped me load the desk in my car. Barbra at the register was a bright and smiling face filled with patience and kindness. Both the Josh and Barbara made shopping at Office Depot a positive experience.

Sierra, Josh and Josh are awesome—this team always has our back on helping with printing and other business needs. I use the copy station quite a bit too and it is always simple to use.

Great place to pick up ink, restock on paper, grab incentives for my homeschoolers and just enjoy browsing!

Upon leaving a survey about my recent experience getting copies for my daughters baby shower, I received a call from Jesse (I hope the spelling is correct) from Office Depot asking how they could accommodate a request.
I have never had a company reach out in this manner and attempt to change something in their store to allow the customer a more comfortable and better experience. This is what old fashioned customer service is all about.
I have been a loyal Office Depot customer since the company opened in 1986. Their service is outstanding. If you haven’t used their service or checked out their products, stop buy, especially the Norman, Oklahoma store. You will be glad you did!

Sierra at the Norman store provided an outstanding support and service for a large project from work. In addition, every time I visit the store the associates are extremely helpful and do exceptionally good job.

Staff was very knowledgeable an quick in what I was in search of, as far as a printer for my company. 10/10 would recommend. Manager was also helpful in problems that had arise.

Cleveland is a very helpful and super friendly employee. She has helped me twice with a printing process. It was a simple process I should know by now but she didn’t mind at all and also helped me with the package. She is an excellent employee especially concerning Customer Service.
