Shannon and the girls are the best around! After switching agents they made me feel comfortable with my policies explaining every inch of them. Shannon makes sure everything is correct, your coverages are perfect, and doesn’t make you feel pressured. Jackie and dawn are wonderful and extremely quick at responses when help is needed.

Shannon, Jackie and Dawn always provide great service on my policies and answer any questions I might have. I was able to reduce my insurance premiums when my previous insurer raised my premiums to a level I couldn’t pay any longer. We were able to keep our premiums a little less than what we were paying but with increases in our coverage limits by switching to American Family. The initial property inspections were simple and fast. We were very satisfied with our experience at this agency.

First of all, I would like to say that I did NOT have a contract with this agency. I called in an attempt to make contact with someone who ultimately was not affiliated with this office. I was trying to get some questions answered to a complex situation. Shannon offered to help and went above and beyond in assisting me. She spent a lot of time after the call, answering more questions via email and made some calls on my behalf.
It was so refreshing to encounter such AMAZING customer service. I know she’s incredibly busy but she never seemed annoyed or put out. You just don’t find wonderful people like her these days. 🙂
