The Veterinary Clinics, Berlin

I have used the vets at Berlin vet for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with their attention to my animals. They are easy to contact and very reliable. I live 45 minutes away from the clinic and on a couple of occasions they have made it out here for emergencies and really helped out. The office staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

I have been going to this vet clinic for 20 years. I am so glad they are allowing you to go inside with your pets,as long as you mask up. I like the one on one contact instead of talking over the phone. The vets are very thorough & the staff is very friendly.They are not rushing you out the door for next appt. You can tell they are pet people, my dogs feel very comfortable going there. I have had several litters of pups & they always make sure to get me in within the 4 day window to get their dew claws done.

I love this vet office. They treat your pets like their own. My experience has always been awesome. Been going there for the past 6 years and will continue.

Excellent professional people that take good care off our four legged friends. Cooper was been with them sense he was 9 weeks old. Appointment notifications a plus along with fast loving care. Can't ask for anything better for my little guy.

My dog had developed very sudden glaucoma Christmas Eve, that was causing her pain to the point of dropping her head every few minutes. Berlin Vet got her in right after the holidays to check her out. Specifically, Dr. Holt did everything she could from pain meds to eye drops to try and save my little lady's eye. After little to no signs of improvement, they had to remove it. From the first initial "omg" visit, to her last follow up of getting her stitches out, Dr. Holt has been nothing short of amazing. She cares for her pooch patients, listens to your concerns and doesn't write you off like several vets in the past have done to me.

My cat is 19 now and doing very well. Berlin Vet Clinic has taken great care of her! At her age, you know she has had health issues along the way. Each and every time, they have met the challenge. It’s easy to see that everyone there really cares and is committed to giving the best care!

The vets and technicians always take the time to explain the diagnosis. They take care and love my pets as much as I do.

They are great with our whole pack! They take time during each visit and don't make you feel rushed. They truly care about their customers!

When our horse injured herself badly two of the vets came almost immediately to make things better. They have been nothing but friendly, helpful,and supportive for something that is clearly stressful to both my horse and I. While I know it is going to be a long road to her recovery, I am happy that I have this clinic behind me to aid in it.

I have been bringing my 3 dachshunds here for 11 years and they have treated us so amazingly. My boys absolutely love everyone there, they are so kind. I highly recommend them.

The ENTIRE STAFF IS AWESOME!! The doctors both small animal and large animal. They take the time to thoroughly explain what is wrong when you have a sick pet and answer any questions you may have. When the doctors recommend something to be done (shots, labs, etc.) they don't push it on you they explain why they recommend that particular thing. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and always smiling no matter what. I also absolutely LOVE that they decorate for EVERY HOLIDAY. It puts a smile on my face when I see it. I would recommend Berlin Veterinary Clinc to everyone with big and small animals! Thank you for the wonderful job you all do!

This clinic is INCREDIBLE!! The Vet came outside being as I'm disabled to explain everything about my dog. Explained to where I was able to understand everything that was going on with my dog. All staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL and accommodating!! Thank you SO MUCH Berlin vet clinic for putting my fears to rest and taking such good care of my furbaby. 😃😃
