Was looking for a bump and feed head for my craftsman weedeater and they had a replacement head. Wasn't sure if it would work. Ask an employee about it and he was very knowledgeable about it and recommended it. And it worked perfectly. Very helpful, and knowledgeable about their products.

I love bringing my dogs in here to let them pick out there own toys! The staff is always super helpful and extremely nice! I know it’s there job, but it really seems they go above any beyond, a great selection of woman’s and men’s (not much on kids ) not a lot of toys either,

My first visit and quite surprised at how diverse it is with merchandise. Not just tractor supplies. I'm not from Berlin Wisconsin but I will stop in again when coming through the city.

Bought a trailer and Diedre (sp?) Could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Customer service plus. She went out of her way to help and was cheerful the entire time.

I came in just after nine this morning , and the girl that helped me (Lindsey/Lindsay) was AMAZING. She was so kind, helpful and all around awesome.

Always helpful staff especially if you pick up heavy items. They also can answer questions on almost everything in store.

Always a friendly helpful store. Small but can get your product in quickly if not in the store. Prices are comparable.

I have no issues with the employees, my biggest issue is the customers, thinking they are entitled too everything and abuse the employees, that work hard. You should maybe start taking names and start a band list for two weeks. This is definitely out of control. Angry people over nothing. I have witnessed few episodes myself.

Great store. They have everything you need from lawn to farm. Even great decorations for inside and outside.

Friendly local farm store. Great quick stop when I need an item or two and dont want to drive to a bigger city to the larger supply stores. Love getting chicks each year without paying shipping fees too. They also will do rain check holds for items not currently in store.

Always a great experience here. Usually have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price along with some great gift ideas. And if they don't have it, they are not afraid to tell you who might or probably does! Great people.

I went to buy dog food today and the cashier made some great suggestions and had great customer service experience.

Amazing employees, very helpful as always. Store is very well organized and super easy to find. Prices are great, some stuff is a little expensive but not to bad. They always have great sales going on.

The only store around that had an air hose line splitter, I was not happy with the price, but I needed it, so they saved me a lot of headache

Helpful employees and everything for your tractor needs and then some. Dog friendly! There's also a nice variety of unique impulse beverages/snacks up by the registers. I enjoyed trying some.
