Although there was a wait in the drive through, it wasn't long before we placed our order and had our food. The staff all seemed to be wearing their PPE and those who I had dealings with were friendly. We feel safe returning for another treat at another time 😊

Since management has changed I don't have a problem getting a Caramel macchiato. The staff has been friendly and even though the line is usually long, it moves fast.

Great customer service. The restaurant has improved greatly. I was impressed that when 4 young men walked in and bypassed the register that the manager was right there and said are you eating?. There is no loitering here, and they bought food ate and left. This used to never happen. Bravo to the management.

Whoever is making the biscuits at your outlet this am you better give a pay raise! !! Ruston biscuits are terrible & monroe worse!!Have that person teach everyone else how to make biscuits! !! Worth every penny! & more!
