I had the privilege to work with her, and she was very patient, up to date with contractual procedures and very on time with meeting deadlines and meeting schedule. She answered every question I asked, gave excellent recommendations and went out of her way (working after hours) to ensure that the contract proceedings were met and helped me all through my transaction. Not a very friendly company or great at communicating. I placed a bid on a property and didn’t hear anything from them for a week. After multiple attempts my realtor finally got a response. We were told that “hard money” isn’t accepted because it puts a lien on the title. Never heard of this before. Why wasn’t I told this when submitting my bid? Why didn’t it take over a week and a half to get a response? They screen bidders for a corporation VB ONE/TWO/THREE ETC.

Stay FAR away from a home purchase with them, or be prepared to pay for it... HEAVILY. They cut massive corners by hiring unlicensed, shade tree "contractors" that you can't even find via Google who you will absolutely have to pay to go behind to the tune of thousands of dollars as soon as you start using your home. What kind of bs individual uses metal bolts on a toilet? A CHILD knows better than that. 4k in two weeks... Unreal.
