Steve Oien - State Farm Insurance Agent

Steve Owen has got to be the best State Farm when there is. He personally helped me when State Farm has been so bad to me. You couldn’t ask for a better agent then Steve. I would recommend him anybody. I have never met somebody that cares so much and is willing to help.

Steve and his staff are always courteous, knowledgeable of State Farm products, and very willing to help answer all my questions. I have been using Steve for as long as he's been an agent. He is personable, easy to talk with and always willing to schedule time to review policies, making sure I have the right coverage for my needs. Recently during a meeting with him I threw out a very general question. "Steve, what else can you offer me to reduce my auto insurance?". He immediately reviewed my coverage and current adjustments, then suggested State Farm's Drive Safe and Save program. I decided to give it a try and have been very impressed with the savings this program has given me each premium cycle, anywhere between 19% to 33%. That's customer service in my book!!

Steve and his office help are very friendly and professional. They are always eager to help with questions and explain so i can understand what my premiums are doing for me and my daughter. I,ve been with state farm since I was 16 years old and he's the best agent I've had in those 57 years.Thanks Steve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this office..they helped me transition when I moved to New York then helped me again when I moved back. They are super nice and helpful and never act like you are bothering them. Not to mention they saved me a ton of money when I moved back from NY. Great job to them for being so awesome!

Grate Insurance nice people

Sue (a under writer) had contacted me in a threatening tone in regards to terminating my policy because I had not claimed my nanny as a "youthful driver". It would be irrelevant that I claimed her since she does not touch my cars. Regardless I called Steve's office back a week later to speak to Steve directly. Andrea (She did not disclose her job title) had answered the phone and instantly began to challenge what I was saying. When I asked to speak to Steve I was told he would not be in office until this morning. I made it imparritive that he calls me before noon today. I waited until 4:45pm with no response. I called back and spoke to Andrea and she continued to make excuses on Steve's behalf. Regardless of what I was saying she kept trying to pin me because of my age. I finally cancelled my insurance plan with them because frankly everyone I spoke to was a jackass or without answers.

If you would enjoy timely reply and a curtusy in regards to insurance I would recommend using a different insurance agent.

Again be aware if you are a young motorist, that this insurance agent Steve Oien, is just a tool and would rather take your money, and go water skiing instead of speaking with clients about urgent issues. I wish I would have never gave him my hard earned money.
