Absolutely LOVE Sunshine!

I’ve been traveling full time for a few years and have been storing by bike in Springfield at friends house. I needed to ship my bike to OR, and the process has been SO SMOOTH.

Sunshine has gone above and beyond and has made this process so easy, especially since it’s all been over the phone and not in person.

They are the only shop in the area to do this service, and they have done it with ease, proficiency, and kindness.

I’ve used Sunshine when I lived in the area, and will forever tell people to go here for all their bike needs.

Man, these guys are great. We came in for a kickstand and a bell for my little guy’s bike. They were super helpful, interacted super friendly with my son and had exactly what we wanted -even USA made.
It was great to have a throwback to when customer service was actually a thing!

Last fall, I brought in my vintage 1985 Schwinn High Sierra. I love my bike and didn't want someone to be careless with it because it's not some new, fancy kind of bike. But that was not the case. They treated my bike with the same love that I have for it. These are just some really excellent people. They care about bikes. They care about people, and they care about being fair and honest. The cost came in well under budget, and the workmanship is the best. I'm so happy with this shop and hope everyone has the chance to take their bike there.

Bought a bike here for Christmas and received exceptional customer service throughout the experience! They helped set me up on the bike properly and got a bike carrier installed on my truck. I will go no where else!

I bought a used bike(2014 Giant Defy Composite, almost new condition) back in December and found out one of the spokes of the rear wheel was loose. Josh C. helped me tightened the loose spoke, trued the wheel and checked the tensions of the rest of the spokes. He also went above and beyond by flushing a sticky shifter. It was a wonderful experience. They got the work done quickly, did more of what was asked and the bill was really reasonable. The bike came home and sat in my office for two months.

I took the bike for a 25 mile ride last week for the first time since the bike was worked on and after the ride I noticed one of the spokes of the rear wheel had fallen off the rim. I gave them a call about warrantying their work and they asked me to bring the bike in. I talked to Josh E.(owner) at the shop and he stated the loose spoke could be due to the poor quality of the wheel( giant pr-2 rim brake, 2014). Josh E. was kind enough to cover the cost of a replacement spoke and truing the wheel again but commented this will not be covered again if the same issue happens again, which is reasonable. They also got started on the work right away and it was completed within 30 mins. Ethan did an excellent job and he was very friendly to talk to.

Despite not knowing what has caused the second issue, I felt Sunshine Bike Shop did a great job taking care of their customers and building out that relationship. I will be coming back for services and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

The folks in this shop are very friendly, and are happy to take the time to answer questions and explain their products to you.
When I visited this shop I had never been in the shop before, and knew nothing about the bike I was interested in. They brought out one of the trikes I was interested in, explained how everything worked, and let me ride it.
After I purchased the trike they took the time to fit the bike to me and tune the components to my comfort.
Great store, fair prices, great service.

Great bike shop! I have a bike from them and I dropped by on short notice and they looked at it right away and made the necessary adjustments, tune up, and lubed chain. I recommend this bike shop to anyone in the area.

I took my electric scooter here to have the air pressure check in the tires they were very friendly very helpful and check the air and adjusted everything all for free! great shop nice people

Great place for a great bike. Friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere. My son was looking for a bike and he said he never felt pressured into any specific bike. The gentleman he was working with, Aaron, was helpful and answered a lot of his questions completely truthfully and didn't try to upsell him.

First time utilizing this business. Thus far my phone conversations prior to my appointment have been extremely helpful and satisfying. Took my Schwinn beach cruiser in for spring tune up and care. Service tech was very helpful and friendly, and the initial estimate is quite reasonable. Will add another review once I pick it back up.

Josh, David and the rest of the staff were so helpful to me. They helped me pick out the perfect bike. And continued the great service even after l purchased my bike. They even watched my Service dog Abel while l went test riding a few bikes. Josh even helped me during the pancake ride by arranging to get me to my cycle partner. Sunshine bike shop is more than a bike shop, it's a community.

Best Bike Shop in Springfield!! I have purchased 3 bicycles from Sunshine and each experience has been outstanding. On my initial visit, David was extremely honest and sold me the correct bike for me, instead of the more expensive model that I wanted. That level of integrity meant so much to me and made sure that I would return.
Josh sold me my next two bikes and he was great. He even took several hours with me to make sure that my road bike was perfectly fitted. This level of commitment is extremely rare, but I have been impressed by the staff over and over again.
I do a lot of shopping for accessories and Sunshine has always done their best to closely match competitor's pricing and make sure I had the equipment as soon as possible.
There is no better bike shop anywhere!! Thanks for making me an extremely happy customer.

This is the BEST bike shop in town! I’m having car troubles and need reliable transportation to work. The employees of Sunshine Bike Shop really helped me out by fixing my broke down bike in a more than reasonable amount of time and it looks and runs great now. I've been to many of the shops around town and even bought varies bike from them, but I have to say that the customer service here is 5 - stars. The guys knows there stuff! Very helpful every bit of the way. I'm currently building a road bike and will definitely be back here.

Outstanding customer service - I had some work done on my bike a couple of years ago, and the staff was very helpful about making sure some modifications to my bike met my riding goals. Every time I'm in there staff is courteous and knowledgable. In general Springfield bike shops seem to have excellent customer service. But Sunshine really stands out,

I went there to get a new bike saddle as I am getting back into casual biking. The staff was extremely helpful and installed the new saddle. They even made sure the air in my tires was correct and adjusted the saddle and handle bars for height. They will be my go to place for future biking needs

The customer service at sunshine bike shop is top notch. In the few times I have done buisness here the employees have always been very patient and respectful. Never once have they scoff at me for not knowing the finer mechanical details, can't say I got the same treatment other places. Thanks for fixing my bike, thanks for being awesome. Soon to be repeat customer.

I always come here even though it's a few miles out of my way. They always offer to fix things before they try to sell a new one, even when I come in and ask to have something replaced.

Never had any issues with the repairs and always open to answering any questions I have.

Just all around good and I've never had any problem with them since I bought my first bike from them three years ago.

The guys at Sunshine Bike are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patiently answered my questions over several visits and phone calls while I was deciding on a new bike.
They encouraged me to test-ride the bike before buying, and once I chose the bike they made sure it fit me, was adjusted to optimize comfort and safety, and explained what they were doing and why it would improve my riding.
There are LOTS of bikes to choose from at different price points, and plenty of gear.
