I am convinced that I have the best agent, Tim Bottini, and his team Lauren and Joanna. They are always keeping me informed about any changes to my policy and always give me great guidance without pressuring me into anything. They even give courtesy calls and e-mails to check in. They always response so quick, even when I am too busy and can’t do the same. From the very first interaction with them they were so kind and understanding. And I can’t remember a time I reached out to them were they were short with me. They are truly an outstanding team and I couldn’t have asked for a better one to manage my home, auto and life insurance. They put their heart into this and it shows through every interaction.

Tim Bottini is one of the most genuine and professional people in the business. He truly cares about his clients and helping others. I have several clients who have switched their insurance needs over to Tim after their new home purchase. He’s always accommodating and takes his time, assuring everyone’s needs are met with his services. Tim is honest and very thoughtful, and someone I trust with my own clients, friends and family.
