Starbucks

All the workers were nice (as usual) and the place was so clean! I know they're having problems with some broken machines. Hoping they'll get those fixed soon. I know that can be frustrating with the workers cuz it's not their fault. But as always my frap was delicious! Thank you!!
This is my favorite Starbucks!

The Employees were very nice and helpful, the young lady that was working the front end, made me a pour over and she did an excellent job and it was very good. The only then negative thing about the store was behind the counter was very junkie and not to clean, and may have been because they were very busy and had not had time to clean. But all and all I would come back.

Clean and friendly - great coffee & drink options! Good spot to sit and talk too!

Everyone was so kind and my drink was made very well. I enjoyed the music playlist and there was comfortable seating.

Very very nice location, easy to access. My only complaint is if workers are outside cleaning, wash your hands first before you start handling prewrapped food or anything else.
Otherwise my drink tasted great!

I came In yesterday. Mitchell was so patient. There were only a few baristas working front of house. It did take a little longer to get my order as there was a very large mobile order ahead of me. Mitchell went out of his way to update me on how many drinks were left ahead of my order.

Definitely manager material. Keep up the great work mitch!

Good starbucks location. A nice environment to study in the morning hours, with free refills on iced coffee for rewards members. Unfortunately Starbucks does not have many options that are all dairy, soy, and gluten free, so I am not able to try their food, but I do not enjoy their coffee.

Baristas are always friendly. My orders are (almost) always correct, but if something is wrong they fix it without issue. My pupperonis always appreciate the pup cups too :)

We had a little bit of a wait but didn't bother us. Staff was very nice.

Thank God for this Starbucks! I was in the area for a few days for a wedding. Our schedule was so chaotic, but this Starbucks was my salvation! I ordered from them every day, sometimes twice a day, to keep myself moving through a very busy few days. I ordered ahead for myself and others, from basic to complex drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Never one had an issue or needed anything to be remade and it was always down pretty quickly. One morning they were SO busy, poor things, but you can tell they move fast and work hard.

Most people don’t take the time to write reviews that are good, only when it’s bad or something not to their liking. In knowing how much reviews mean in business, wanted to take a few minutes to recognize Carter. Carter served me at the drive up. The genuine passion he had didn’t go unnoticed - not only in his job but serving guests at Starbucks. He served in his hello, his attention to detail, his leadership of the team, his come back soon and everything in between was with a servants heart. Carter was friendly and patient. Carter gave me hope today! He was the sunshine

Staff is always friendly, service is always fast.

Update: My visit this evening at the Rocky Mount location was good! I ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher, and the person made a really delicious one! Wishing I had ordered a larger size.

My visits are a toss up generally. Some visits are spot on and some are kind of ... what's up? I am deaf. So I usually order via the app so my drink will be ready when I get there. Once it was extremely busy and I had to wait. Okay, I understand. But a couple of times it wouldnt be busy inside or drive thru and I would give adequate time before going inside and no one in line, and my drink order wouldnt even be pulled up yet. The sticker for my cup still in the printer. The drinks are mostly good. The staff friendly.

The staff is very kind and courteous. The best caramel macchiato I ever had came from here! Highly recommend.

I mostly visit at night. The first time or two when they first opened it took a few to get my coffee perfect. The night crew is awesome. Some know me by name and they'll even ask if I'd like the usual. There are always growing pains and I know nothing about the manager, so I cannot comment in that regard. I have been in once and they were out of tissue paper in restroom. I simply told them and they addressed the issue. I believe that most posted with issues, maybe suggest that more training be done.

There were only two customers inside, but all the attention went to the drive through customers. Took way too long for a single cup of coffee.

Great service! Friendly staff! Nice location! Offers dine in, take-out, or just a nice atmosphere for lounging, reading a book, great conversation, you name it! Public restrooms and handicapp accessible. I highly recommend this location!
