McDonald's

The Kiosks are a pain. Not user friendly. They don't match up with the boards behind the counter. What could be easier?...You see a number 7 up on the board. Can you find a number 7 anywhere on the Kiosk?...Nope!! You guys have geeks who have both feet in the netherworld writing software. You are supposed to test this stuff out on focus groups aren't you? Who made up your focus groups...more geeks? You need somebody like an accountant to review this stuff for logic errors between the store and the kiosk....Seriously! And you could do some work on your simplest hamburgers, too. Of course that was lunch. We stopped for breakfast, also...2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Hers was great! Mine was hard and dry. I can't imagine how that happened, but a bite of biscuit, a little swallow of soda. Bite of biscuit, swallow of soda, etc, got it down. Not bad flavor once it was dampened. Keep up the work!

Even though it was right at lunch, the food was amazing. Fresh. It was handled fast and everybody was super respectful.

Super clean and the drivethru was fast. Good customer service too!

Improvements are being made! Hot fresh food today that came quickly; earning the title of fast food! But, this is for today, 4/23/2020, and I will change my attitude, and the rating if McDonald's staff begins to falter. I'm disclosing a photo to remind the staff that just because errors have occurred, it doesn't mean you can't improve. So thank you for improving! (Photo is a Big Mac missing the top half, and they made it up to me already)

Not difficult to notice the small-town McD's....with respect to customer service. They speak to you with respect and kindness. The food is standard across the board, but the people make it more enjoyable. Go Rock Port!!!

Their big breakfast is actually pretty darn good and a good value for what all you get

Stopped by this McDonald's a few times when traveling south , great McDonald's

Parking seems a bit tight when you first pull in due to all the traffic from the interstate and also people don't know how to park or maybe just in a hurry to get to the restroom. Plenty of room inside. Big tables for a large family of 6-8 people. Employees were nice and the food was good.

The fries were hot and salty. So good. But the pop machine area needs wiped down. Our food was so good. Thanks.

Their ice cream machine was working! The people were friendly. The service was fast. What more could you ask for from a McDonald's!?

Some of the best McDonald’s that I’ve had in a while. It was like tasting it for the first time again. All the food was hot and juicy but it wasn’t too greasy. It was almost nostalgic.

This is one of the busier McDonald's I have been to. The crew are working and having a smile as they talk to people. Rare these days in fast food.

Waited a little while but service was good. I am guessing they are short staff.
Order was perfect and the 2 people I dealt with were kind and happy!

I was at this McDonalds in Rockport MO. Having insulin reaction the manager immediately had server get me some orange juice at no charge and expedited my hamburger order. Great service. Made sure I made it back to vehicle

Very friendly staff. My order was correct, and ready when I arrived to pick it up. I will definitely return next time I am in the area.

Best service hands down! Staff was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating for my picky eaters! Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

Not bad very friendly

The food is amazing and I love it there, the employees are so helpful and always go out of their way to help people! Sometimes the service isn't as fast as it should be, but at least I know I'm getting fresh food!
