Always a GREAT workout on Randleman Road. April, our instructor, is PHENOMENAL! Constantly teaches us something New, and we groove to the Oldies too! Great camaraderie with both Seniors, and Youngsters! I challenge you to drop in and observe/participate in one of our classes. We meet on Mondays at 11:00AM and Wednesdays at Noon. Come for the hour or just a lil while. You will not regret it😂

I have been a member at Gold's on Randleman Road for over 5 years and I have always loved working out here. Some of my favorite parts about Gold's on Randleman are the variety of fun equipment (tires, kettlebells, the sleds, agility ladders, etc.), the staff friendliness, and how the members are welcoming. It seems like lots of people come to this gym because they enjoy the company too.
I would recommend Gold's on Randleman to anyone, no matter your age, fitness level, etc. If you come here enough, you will feel at home even if you haven't spent much time in a gym before. It's a great place to workout! And they offer a free personal training session for all new members.

Excellent gym! It has really turned around since new management has taken over this year. Plenty of equipment, great class instructors and front desk staff. Would recommend

I just joined Golds recently. I enjoy it for a couple of reasons. I like that they have a workout room for women only. I also like their pool. I'm not really thrilled that there's no lifeguard like at the YMCA, because I think that's dangerous. I don't fear for myself, but for older people that I've seen come in. I haven't really connected with staff, but for the most part, they are courteous.

A clean place and very friendly environment! No one judges you, no matter your size or shape! They have so much to offer! Whether you are looking for classes to attend or you just want to go in and do your own thing. They have a pool, sauna, steam room, basketball court, many many many workout machines and tons of classes!!! The locker rooms have a lounge, separate showers, restrooms and lockers that are at your disposal!!! My favorite gym♡

Great gym, great staff. Nice equipment. Only complaint is the lighting. It's dark enough to take a nap in here.

Biggest one of all the facilities in Greensboro. I wish they would leave the gym open 24/7 especially for the money that I pay each month. Great place for me to get in my workouts.

Best health club in Greensboro. Can go to any Gold's gym in America. Lap pool hot tub sauna steam room oh yeah they have quality exercise equipment. Nice staff and the lunks smile when you call them a lunk. Good class of people use this place. Quit Planet Fitness pay more and get a lot more.
To boot get a better rate because I am a veteran. Gold's will treat you right!

Ignore the nay sayers personally I love this gym lots of equipment and free weights, pool,sauna, steam room and hot tub and membership is cheap as for personal trainer I had one but he went to a big city to make more money as for the price kinda high but I didn't mind because you can't put a price on health plus my six pack abs pay for themself. regardless there are a ton of free group class that meet through out the week. Cycling class, zumba, water arobics, kick boxing to much to name really. Bottom line this gym is a bargain for all it has to offer. Yes most the staff looks out of shape but that don't effect you. If you don't get in shape at randlman Golds you are talking too much and not pushing your self. There are plenty of fitness videos on YouTube and plenty of magazines. you have no excuse for not geting in shape. don't be afraid to ask more experienced lifters, at the gym for advice. I've been lifting six years and I still ask from time to time am 6'2 170 pounds at 8 percent body fat. you will get out of this gym what you put in. Ps skipping days is not going to get you into that swim suit, so put the ice cream down and join Golds gym on Randlman rd.

Nice facility. They got the Hispanic Sister who is on it with helping keep the place sanitize. Salute to that queen.

Membership for a year now. Really love going. Now there are people I'm use to seeing and the staff is so friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable.

I like working out at Gold's I have been a member since 2012. I am sad that they do not have a lot of the classes they used to have preCOVID.
