I love love love Vivola Express. Good Vibe- Good Food- Good People- 10/10
It was my second time here yesterday, but my partner usually came here to pick up for us.The only reason I can’t come here often because they open from 10am to 2pm M-F . If you don’t live/work nearby it’s kinda tricky to go here for lunch. The sandwiches here are absolutely amazing!!! Shout out to the lobster bisque too. Get the bowl for a better price. Honestly, you will never go wrong with any kind of sandwiches here. You gotta try it yourself!!!! The queue can be long but it moves very fast. Joey and Brett are so lovely and engaging with their customers. They definitely treat customers as their family. Highly recommend!!!!

Great experience. Great people. Great sandwich. Don’t be intimidated by the long line, there’s a reason why so many people go here! The staff was very friendly and engaging with each customer. The sandwiches are absolute AMAZING. Definitely will come back! Recommend the spicy chicken parm!

Sandwiches were fantastic some of the best we've had all year. Very friendly family atmosphere. They even gave us tips on how to heat the meatball Sandwich we got to go for later.

Normally I’d say a sandwich is a sandwich, whatever, but this place has the most amazing delicious sandwiches. Even though it was busy and there was a line, the atmosphere was very relaxed.

We ordered the classic Italian and the Buffalo chicken. They asked if we were picky and we said no, so they added some extras for us as well. I’m not sure what magic they did but it was delicious! Many of the customers in front of us asked what the workers recommended and they always went with it. Super knowledgeable and clearly enjoy what they do.

We also got a cup of the lobster bisque, potato soup, and a chocolate chip cookie. I think you could order anything off the menu and you would not be disappointed!

Family owned and operated with friendly service and staff that genuinely appreciates your business. Generously portioned sandwiches with high quality, fresh ingredients. One suggestion....arrive at opening or near closing unless you have a few minutes to spare. They're BUSY for a reason and it's worth the wait. I can't believe that I didn't know this sandwich shop existed in a shopping plaza I have visited regularly. They have been there since 2001, longer than I have lived in St Louis County.
I loved their meatball sandwich on garlic cheese bread. The meat, cheese, etc on my companion's sandwich was an inch deep. They customize to your liking, even on their standard sandwiches, plus there's a build your own option.
Go early. We went on a Thursday at 11 and in 15 minutes there was a line. By 11:45 there was a line to and out the door. True some were socially distancing, but it's popular with folks because of the quality of the food. I can't go every week, but this will be my go to sandwich shop. The restroom was quique and very clean. Limited hours and limited seating are the only drawbacks that someone else might find, but not me.

First off great atmosphere in here and it was great to see some old classmates from school.

As for the sandwich i got. I haven’t had a better on in Saint Louis. They got me right with a hot pastrami & roast beef with a specialty sauce. I inhaled it on my lunch and cant wait to head back in and get another one. Keep up the good work!! Au Jus was top tier as well!

I spent my entire lunch hour waiting in line for a sandwich AND I WILL DO IT AGAIN.

Hands down my favorite sandwich shop in STL. This is a true family business, and everyone there is so great. They are truly passionate about what they do, and it results in a one of a kind experience. They are only open for lunch and it’s not something you can go in and get quickly. There is a wait, but it is so worth it! The lobster bisque is to die for, and they me curate a unique sandwich with cheeses and sauces I don’t see at other places.

5 is the most Google would let me give, but Vivolas is hands down a 10 🌟 joint! By far, my favorite sandwich shop! Super chill people are always ready to give you suggestions if you're on the fence about something! Awesome atmosphere, quite a few seats. Easy to order and pick up when finished! Been in business 20+ years, and you'll find out why with your second bite! *takes your brain a sec to fully process the awesome*

WOW!! is all I can Say, This was the BEST sandwich I have ever had!! I asked them to just make me a sandwich and oh my I tell you it was absolutely a Food orgasm..You have to try this place you will definitely enjoy! And my wife had a Veggie Sandwich and she said it was the same..WOW! and the staff was awesome, friendly,and happy we were there and so enjoyed our food....A must visit for ALL !!

Worth the wait in lin. 1st time going here, got the classic Italian. Great sandwich! Great bread, I got the cheese garlic. Definitely will be back for lunch. Too bad you guys close at , I want more sandwiches take home for dinner after work. 🤣

I was treated here for lunch and this spot is legit. The meat is sliced as you order and you can customize your sandwich like an old school car. I definitely recommend this spot.

Weird location but quite a gem. The staff here is awesome and super friendly. Sandwiches are mostly custom builds so it can be a bit daunting but the staff will give you ideas if you ask.

My more enlightened soda drinking friends say they have some of the best fountain soda here. Parking lot gets crowded and so does the venue. Line moves quick but you may be sharing a table with someone.

I got a VEGGIE today and I'm telling you....these people can make a shoe taste good. Didn't even miss meat. It was INCREDIBLE. WE WILL BE BACK.

I've only been here twice and got the Spicey Chicken Parm and Joes Spicy Italian, but WOW were they good. One of the best sandwich shops hands down. The people there are so nice too. Lunch rush can get a pretty long line though!

Great food, great people. What's not to love? The long lines? I'm sure the line at the subway next door moves quicker, but I've never been. Just show up before 11 or after 1 and you're good to go.

All around the best sandwich place I’ve ever been. I didn’t pick from the menu, just said “make me something delicious” and they didn’t disappoint. I took that first bite of my mystery sandwich, and it tasted the way a sandwich can only taste in my dreams. Not only was the food just perfect, but the service was too. Vivolas isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a home that welcomes everyone with a meal and conversation.

Ah-freakin-mazing. Hands down the best sandwiches I have ever had. The taco sandwich is the best thing I've ever had, and many other sandwiches are just as good
