So if you feel out the McVoice on your receipt you will get a coupon for whatever it says ... I did one that gives you a free Mcchicken sandwich. I done serval of these and I've gotten free sandwiches, pies, drinks and etc. Always a good idea for a quick bit to eat!

The ladies were kind & the food was great! I also saw workers outside cleaning windows which I don’t think I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s! 😆

I have been here on multiple occasions and literally every time had been perfect. They are always busy but still manage to quickly get my order, take my payment and my food is always ready by the time I get to the window and it is always hot. My order has never been wrong here. Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. The staff is always friendly as well.

My experience was simply AMAZING! Great service... Fast, and food was HOT! Even the employees were extremely nice and friendly! Couldn't have asked for a better experience... I'd give them 50 stars if I could #Pleased!

Fast service, friendly and courteous staff during all shifts. They have recently remodeled the interior and have power outlets with both AC and USB outlets to charge your phone at every booth or table you sit down at. I love the 6 self- service areas they have so you don't have to stand in kind as well as their pickup and delivery services.

Good customer service and didn't mind making a fresh pot of coffee for me. I'm a regular here and I've never had a bad experience there

The employees there are very compassionate, especially to those in distress. I was in the drive-thru and already ordered my 4 year old son his cheeseburger & fries. Before I could get to the window to pay, my car broke down and I had to get out of line and park it. A few minutes later a employee came to my car and gave me my order & told me I can take it. She also told me if I needed anything at all just let them know.

I am very grateful for her, and the rest of the staff for the kind gesture. They made my already bad night a lot better, and I thank them sincerely.

Very nice staff. The soda machine broke down and spilled carbonated water on me (things break, thats no ones fault) and the staff was nice enough to get my drinks filled up at the drive through station even tho the machines WERE working. Good experience. .

I have never had a problem at this location, they are always so nice, they listen and key in orders correctly the first time without having to stop, start, start over, yada yada. I especially like that they don't mind making off the wall special orders for people ..and even if you place an order that is a little odd, this place always gets it right.

They are always so quick and friendly unlike other McDonald's. I love the one in mount olive!

Had to wait a long time to get my order, they had me to pull over in a parking space labeled #1 came out twice with incomplete order and I finally went inside to get it straight. Terrible

Visited this McDonalds on a Sunday morning at 9 a.m. on our way home from a trip south. The staff was very efficient and courteous. The manager was right on top of everything, checking orders, and ensuring great service. I've been to quite a few McDonalds in my time, and this one ranks in the 3 I have ever visited.

Didn't have to wait long in drive thru ,they made my tea exactly like I asked half cut and the people at the windows were very polite with thank you and you"re welcome .

This is by far the best McDonald's we've ever been to. We've been all the way up to NY and as far down to the keys in Fl. Nothing is to great or small for them to help with. They all go out of their way to give wonderful service!

For the most part I have no problems. Just always check to make sure you have what you're suppose to..

I love is McDonald's me and my children have been eating here for 15 years now all of the employees have great customer service values and always a smile even though with this virus they're all smiling and happy great service

We eat here almost everyday the employees are friendly for the most part and service is pretty fast
