Took our Coleman UTV here for warranty service. Very friendly staff here. Also serviced the UTV ahead of estimated schedule time. Don't blink though you will go right past this place, it is tucked away behind some other buildings from the north and is hard to see. Thank you West Shore Tools.

Really like this place. People are very nice and helpful. Family owned and operated. You can also bring your UPS shipping to them, I think it has to be labeled before drop off.

Amazing products and Larry was very helpful. The DYNA processor rental was an amazing machine. Store was clean. Everyone was helpful. Tools are reliable and high quality and easier to get then the big box store.

I utilized west shore as a rental agent for a Dyna firewood processor. All I can say is what an awesome machine! You had better have a big pile of logs to process because this machine makes short work of them.

I called their to ask a question on a mower ask for service the woman said he was busy ask if she could help I said I would like to talk to someone in services she said o lam to dumb to help u and was very rude and un professional customer service is not her area she definitely doesn't no what she doing and needs to find something else
