The service was awesome. I was in and out in less than an hour for an air bag recall.
However, while I was in the elite waiting area which offered fresh coffee with all the top end creamers and water I was extremely impressed with the staff. When a staff member walked into the room they spoke with a “Good Morning “. Top notch Bleecker as I was taught that when you enter a room you should speak. I was impressed.

Excellent service! Everyone was friendly. Our salesmen Nick was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We came to a great deal over the phone without all of the “back and forth negotiating”. All paperwork that could be prepared ahead of time was, and it saved a lot of time. I went in, signed papers, and was on my way. GREAT STAFF!

I have bought several vehicles in my lifetime. But this experience was BY FAR The best one yet. I don’t normally make any sort of reviews for anything (good or bad), but I felt I needed to this time especially with the reputation car dealership and salesman have. Everything was A+. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, Mélique took care of me as if I was family. I am military here in NC on orders, but as long as Mélique is still in the car sales, I will forever call him for any future purchase. I drove 2 hours out of my way to see him and I would again. This dealership has a customer for life. 10/10 highly recommend.

We are absolutely pleased with the service in the service department.Heather in service is amazing. We had some major repairs done to our engine on my wife’s 2017 Yukon Denali. We were kept informed on the progress of the repairs and the status of our warranty claim. In my 40 years of dealing with dealerships service departments. This was the best experience I have had. Will definitely carry all of automobiles there to get repaired and serviced. Will recommend them to anyone that wants a personal experience that you just can’t get from anywhere else.

Went to Bleecker Buick GMC in Red Springs for a Service Issue with my Sierra Denali Truck. I was Greeted promptly, taken good care of by the Service Department (Will). They got me in quicker than promised, got it diagnosed. Ordered a part, replaced said part, did some programming, test drove, all while keeping me informed. Got my Truck back, and could immediately tell the difference in performance. Thanks to the Service Department Staff. Excellent care! I highly recommend them.
