Fantastic customer service, very personable!

I had unexpected issues I had to deal with with limited time and they were kind and courteous and helpful I really appreciated that

First of all this Bank is the very best that I have ever dealt with. Great Customer service and online banking is the very best for being simple and user friendly.
Last but certainly not the least is the MARSHFIELD Branch. This is the #1 BEST AT EVERYTHING BRANCH!! There is so much this particular branch has helped me with like helping me transfer accounts, open accounts for minor, helping establish credit for 18 yr old son and the list goes on and on!! That doesn't even cover the fact that I have entered that branch on more that one occasion and they will greet me by name. I am not in there everyday, it may be like once a week sometimes less. I just wanted to let everyone know how perfect this branch is. I not one that normally posts reviews. But this is an exceptional situation. Thank you Marshfield Branch!!!

When is it open?

My fiancé and I went to the Marshfield branch as I’m normally banking at the Springfield branch to obtain a money order for a new residence. We obtained in Marshfield. The teller there was extremely snippy and rude Regarding my transaction and questions about obtaining checks. After I obtain the money order, I went to inquire about the checks, and she just ignored me and went to help the next customer that she apparently knew. Has she been wearing a name tag? I would’ve Reported her to Corporate. Now I see why that bank hardly doesn’t even business if they have people like that working for them. I am seriously contemplating taking my banking needs elsewhere as I was treated like my simple $200 money order was just in consequential and my need for checks to pay future rent and bills was not enough to be treated like a human being.

Open 3 days a week for 4 hours what a joke of a business. I honestly have no idea why people even use them anymore, they are absolutely useless. Do us all a favor and just close the bank so someone can open another drive thru coffee shop and put a remote ATM in a parking lot somewhere.

Worst Management of any bank I’ve ever been with!!? If you can’t hold standard working hours and conduct Buisness the same way every other bank in marshfield is doing than you need to close! Don’t give me any line about digital banking!! This branch is so poorly ran that it is open for half days closed for 3 days in middle of the week and no Saturday hours. No excuse for this but inept management. I am in my second letter to corporate on this issue, thankfully they say they are going to investigate what’s going on at this branch! Do not bank here if you live in marshfield!
