Walmart Supercenter

This story is always clean and well stocked, and the staff is great! Always a good selection of goods and their lawn and garden seems to always be above Springfield stores!! I would highly recommend shopping this store if your in the area!!

I was traveling home from Lake Stockton. Needed to find a bathroom and break from the drive. I found the bathroom up front ,clean, and easy to find. This store is larger than my hometown of Houston, Mo. I'll check out the fishing lures. See, they had something different. I was impressed with how much more to pick from. Great store, clean,well stocked,and easy to find. My new pit stop.

The lady who is always so happy and says good morning to us every Sunday morning when we get donuts for church really brightens our day! The guy who makes sure our 5 dozen are ready Every.Single.Sunday. -Amazing- and the gals at the checkout are always super sweet every time I go in! Our curbside shoppers have been waaaay better about substitutions and the curbside delivery folks have always been personable!
So, for a Walmart - the stuff is the same - but the PEOPLE make the difference!!

Kathryn at customer service was amazing! she completely went above and beyond for me today! people like her need true recognition for being so outstanding! keep doing what you doing girl!

Had to go to the service desk for assistance, the young lady Kathryn was the best! She went out of her way to assist us. She was professional, friendly and had a cute little personality. Thanks for great customer service!

My battery died it was Sunday on my way back to Minnesota and it took them 40 minutes to get me back on the road

Wonderful associates! Love the hometown feel of this walmart. Superb Online Grocery pick up Service, saves me lots of time. I appreciate all the team members working together to take care of the community during difficult years in retail through the pandemic and freight shortages.

My absolute favorite walmart. They are so nice.

We were looking for trailer tires. Thankfully they had them. Mary Ann went to ring them up but there was something wrong with that tire or system, so she had to manually put them in. She was very nice. She has wonderful customer service!

Very pleasant experience. Very courteous workers,helpful as well,and store and bathroom in orderly condition and kept maintained. Stocked well,and had everything I went there for and more. Prices are going up,however that is ANYWHERE U GO.not bad experience for a future FEMA camp. LoL.

07 April 2023, we stopped for gasoline. Cheapest on I44. The Walmart is a little off the highway but easy to get to. Don't spend more for gas, spend less and buy snacks. Clean restroom.

Wonderful employees with excellent customer service. The store is always clean and well stocked. I love their curbside service and have always had a better experience there than at other nearby Walmart stores.

Pleased they had everything I needed in stock. Also had some beautiful fall plants.

I go to our local Walmart often and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The staff is always friendly and they seem to always have what I need in stock. Speedy checkouts if you use the self service ones. And their Pick-Up works great and we save money when using it. I give this establishment 5 stars because it’s a 5 stars store.

Went in to grab a few things and was out in less than 15 minutes
