Cicero's Restaurant

I took the Blues trail from Memphis to Leland. I was on Hwy 61 and there wasn’t a decent restaurant open in Clarksdale, MS (lunch time) so I kept traveling. Finally, after viewing Hwy 61 Blues Museum, Mr. Billy Johnson (tour guide and curator) informed me of this restaurant.
They didn’t open until 5pm but I was allowed to sit in lobby for 20 minutes until. The service, food and atmosphere were excellent. The staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is very spacious.
I ordered the pork with seasoned fries instead of coke slaw, potato salad and beans. This was some of the BEST pulled pork I have ever had and the servings were more than enough! Mr. Johnson stated that everything on the menu is very good and that he and his wife go often.
I highly recommend dining at this restaurant if in the area.

Great Oyster Po-Boy. The oysters were fried perfect and the bread soft, but crunchy on out side, just like a Po-Boy should be

Very unique place and delicious food. It is not possible to find this quality and freshness of food in that area. They are doing great.

Cicero's is a genuine hidden gem. Whenever I am in the area for work I make sure I stop by and grab lunch here. The staff is always friendly, and makes you feel like you're at an old friend's house. The food is always phenomenal. Good portions of main course and side dishes. I can't say I've had anything here I did not genuinely enjoy eating, and I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm nearby.

I have not had Cicero's in over 20 years. Cicero's makes being back in the Delta much more pleasurable! The greens!!! The pork chops and baked chicken are cooked to perfection!! I will be back next week too!!

Steaks cooked EXACTLY as ordered, catfish was perfect. Highly recommend. We will visit again. We were on a business trip from Hattiesburg, met clients here.

Very good lunch specials. Lunch from 11am-1:30pm. Opens again for dinner in evening. Some of the best Southern sweet tea around.

The food was great! We had the catfish and was very good, service was great, we will definitely be back, I would give it a five star rating and the best place to eat in Greenville.

It was a lovely place I really enjoyed my plate this was a birthday dinner ribs had a little too much pepper on it most of all was very good will be back soon

Lunch is a traditional meat and three. Large portions, super fast service, and incredibly friendly folks. Will be returning!
