I am extremely appreciative of Nick and Justin's Customer Service. They helped me tremendously every step of the way and never got annoyed at my numerous requests. You guys are awesome.

This Store is almost always fully stocked and is a favorite of my Wife’s.
She purchased our great Fax Machine at this same location.
This Store is a pleasant place to get office/computer supplies & some Art Supplies as well. I prefer to shop here as a way to avoid larger stores, that often don’t carry what we need.
This photo is a Poster Size Enlargement done in store today in 10-15 minutes including check out. The young woman who helped my Wife was amazing as the Photo is from a 1950’s Long Island Railroad Pass, for the 5:15am train out of Babylon in Long Island, NY. It’s a Large Train Pass Size Card, Meghan was able to capture most of the detail as well as my deceased Mother-in-Law. This ID Photo taken in 1954 and the card was laminated also.
For what was used, the quality of the reproduction made this “Project” really shine ! Thank you Office Depot👍.

I received the best customer service from the young man that waited on me this past Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Wish we had more people like him in the service field.

The assist was excellent and I appreciate her help during my time there.

Mauna extends superb customer service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, professional and went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I needed in a timely fashion. We were racing against the clock to make programs for a funeral and not only did she make sure we met our deadline, the programs looked great!

I usually purchase online to pickup in store and the process is simple and I rarely have an issue.

I've reviewed a number of businesses, but this review is a bit unique. I've come to this Office Depot location multiple times and generally have found the tech staff helpful and knowledgeable so I'm glad to give five stars.

However, I specifically want to give five stars to Derek. He doesn't normally work in the print/copy center and when he had to fill in, he had a wonderful attitude, was attentive to each customer's needs (he was multitasking with a line of customers and assisting another employee). Sometimes when there's a line of people, employees, understandably, want to get through the line as quickly as possible. But Derek did an outstanding job of making sure each customer's needs were fully addressed, all with a thoughtful, pleasant demeanor.

All this is great, but what really tipped it over the edge for me was his voice. CLEARLY, this guy should be doing voiceover/narration work. The whole time I felt like I'd been transported into a Marvel movie. That guy is AWESOME!

Great product and great customer service!

Salesman was very helpful in selection a copier. We explained our needs about coping and scanning. We chose the Epson ET-2850 at a great price. This is a compact copier with big functions. The set up was very easy and on-screen instructions are very easy to follow.

My experience today was superior in every area. Excellent customer service. I felt valued as a customer from the moment I entered the store until the moment I exited the store.

The associate was knowledgeable and helpful. I made my purchase bases on his feedback and am very satisfied. It fits my need 💯 I will return to this store for my next purchase.

One there was someone available to help me, I was assisted and checked out swiftly and politely by both a young lady at the register and a gentleman that took my purchase to my car.

Purchased new computer today with the help of a great young man, Cameron. What an absolute asset he is to your store. I was very impressed not only with his attitude but also his knowledge. He has a very bright future!
