I can not say enough good things with ALL the empanada he serves/offers, as they are ALL outstanding and taste sooooo dang good. Too bad he's closed the times we are up in Burnesville, as we definitely miss eating their. I always look forward to eating their each and every time we are up in that area.

Absolutely fantastic and Great quality.. I have never had one before but now I am hooked. Had the beef and then went back for apple ! We will definitely eat here again! Don't question it and just try it ! Very reasonable prices !

This place is a hidden gem! Stumbled upon it in Burnsville. I have never had an Empanada until today. Our group tried 4, chicken, pork, beef and veggie. They all exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended and I wish they were in Ohio and not so far away! We will be back next year!

OMG!!!! Can't decide on which one I liked most...Chicken or Beef!! Was going to eat one now and save one for dinner....didn't happen! Green sauce could be eaten by itself with a spoon! Pour sauce on empanada, I was taught that by the owner, can't wait to go back!!!

Found this place just driving around Burnsville. This place blew my mind! If you want something inexpensive but full of flavor look no further! I had chicken, pork, and apple pie and all 3 were out of this world delicious! If you’re questioning trying this place, be like Nike and just do it. You will NOT be disappointed!

Great food. I'll be back on my next trip, will make a point of eating here.update, stopped in this year, awsome..!! Noticed hrs have changed, hope everything is OK. This food truck is an asset to burnsville 10/4 -- food still awsome. Had to look for him a little but well worth it.

This cat is making some awesome food! Handmade Empanadas that are so damn good! Can wait to get back! Veggie empanada is awesome!

My favorite is the beef with his homemade green sauce but they are all are delicious. Service with a smile. Will be going to get some next chance I get.

So good. The veggie one is vegan, and absolutely delicious, especially with the chimichurri steak sauce.

Tried the pork bbq and the chicken. Both were delicious and had generous servings of meat. Freshly prepared when you order.
