Don, I assume, the manager was very helpful & answered all my questions & addressed my concerned. I will be return G for other needs. My dealership that I've deal with for the last 3 years did NOT offer me a reasonable plan for 4 brand new tires. Thanks, Don at Goodyear in Rocky Mount, for your friendly & equitable service.

Service is great. The Mechanic is a smoker, and that smell stays in the vehicle for a while. Other than that, it's a good place service.

Awesome customer service! Very competitive pricing! I’ve been using this place for years and will not go anywhere. This is the only place in Rocky Mount that can do an alignment correctly. Don at the front desk is very polite and very professional. I highly recommend!
