Total scam! I have had this service for almost a year now and have had so many problems that were never resolved. I was told by Dan when I first inquired about the service that any cheap fire stick would be fine for the app to run on. Also that any TV show or any movies would be available to watch along with movie channels and ppv. It all sounded good especially for a cheap monthly rate. Once everything was set up I soon realized there were no local channels and most were Canadian TV channels. Alot of movies we would search were not there. The live TV channels cut in and out very often and on the TV guide did not show what was playing on each channel. I told Dan about the problem and he said I didn't have enough mbps on my internetpackage, so went to my internet provider and increased my package. Didnt fix the problem. Then he said the internet service that I had wasn't a clean signal. I continued to complain about the problems I was having and I was told I need to upgrade my fire stick to a better one, which I did. Nothing changed. Then I was told they were working out the problems and they were be fixed soon. With all problems going on since I originally got the service, a representative came to my house to upgrade the system. He told my wife (I wasn't home at the time) that the remote to our new fire stick wasn't the newest model and his system wouldn't work properly until we bought a new one. So now we can't watch TV or movies or use his system at all. After about 45 seconds it kicks us out of the app back to the home screen.
