Love this group! I have had my insurance with them for more than 20 years. Anytime I have had a claim they have supported me every step of the way, and then stepped in when I had an issue to get it resolved with the best possible outcome.

They also have multiple insurance providers and check my policies regularly to make sure I am on the best plan.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nick Woods. I was referred to him by an industry colleague/friend because we were having significant issues with our old broker. Working with Nick has been a breath of fresh air! He did a complete overhaul of our business needs and presented a full proposal to help us overcome the issues we were having. In doing so he found numerous issues with our old policies as well as identified some opportunity areas. His communication has been excellent! 2 weeks ago he dropped off a binder that shows every policy we now have with your company and I couldn’t be more thrilled. We were with our previous broker for 5 years and never once did I lay eyes on her.

We have been with Summit Insurance Group in Huntersville for a number of years and have been very please with the group. The biggest advantage they have is that no matter who answers your call, even if your own agent is busy at that time, they are able to jump right in and answer questions and concerns.
That is a huge advantage for any company to have.

I have been with Summit insurance for close to 20 years now . I feel like family . I have been dealing with Fiona from the start and I'm so grateful to her for her personalized service. We had only been customers of Summit Insurance for less than a year when our new construction house burned to the ground in the middle of the night. Rob and Lisa were on the scene only hours later, and with their help, 100% of our claim was paid within only 2-3 weeks. We were told that these insurance investigations can take months and that we would have to fight to get our money back....not with Summit on our side!
Less than a year later we have rebuilt and are happily settled in our new home. Rob and Lisa continued to fight for us to get the best homeowner rate (not easy after such a large claim), and we have switched our auto policies over to Summit as well. Also big thanks to Hillary who has been wonderful - excellent customer service!

Update 5 years later: we have all of our business policies with Summit now and feel 100% protected, as well as cared for. The team at Summit makes sure every claim is handled quickly, and every question answered promptly. I still recommend them highly!

Been with Summit for several years now with both Commercial and Residential insurances. Summit has the complete package for all your needs and the people there are more than an agent to me they have become more than friends almost like family. Everyone there is professional and very quick to respond to our needs, can't find customer service on a first name bases and a live voice too I can actually talk with someone, wow what a combination.

Every time I call Summit I get connection with a person. I am never sent to voicemail and never have to wait for a call back. Hard to find that now a days. I have changed two vehicles in the last month and with each change I have gotten my email confirmation and new ID card on less than half an hour. Great company with great employees.

What an excellent team. Entire staff have been responsive and professional. Constantly working to improve my coverage and save money. Everyone at Summit Insurance is so nice! Sandra went out of her way to get me in touch with Hilary so that she could quote me. They made the process so easy even getting me a much better rate than my previous insurance company. I even called back and added a vehicle a month later. Leslie was so nice and easy to work with.
