Everything was great . I felt a warm welcome and after that i was home lol meaning they made me feel at home

Sam helped me when I came in the other night. He was amazing ! He was very helpful and honest. Definitely some of the best customer service that I’ve had in a while!

I absolutely love my visits to the store. Yazmin and Indy always go above and beyond to make sure they can help you in every way possible, even if it takes all day. I know I can rely on them two to get the job done. The staff actually gets to know their customers which makes going to the store that much more comfortable and welcoming. If anyone is thinking of switching over, I highly suggest to visit the Benvenue branch! Such an amazing staff.

The salesman at the store was very polite and had a great attitude. My husband and myself got to the store maybe 15 minutes before closing and the salesman attitude was very appreciated. I even purchase an extra accessory for my new phone. I was very pleased at how nice he was and it was time for him to go home. We need more customers service like that.

Absolutely love coming to this store to work with Davida. She is straight to the point and doesn’t waste my time and she always gets me in and out. I watched this woman clear a store full of folk by herself with the upmost patience and calmness. No, she doesn’t act like Flo from Progressive, but who would when you’re always working by yourself? I’ll keep coming to this store as long as she’s working. She’s kind, she solves my problems, and I’ll keep telling her to tell her manager she deserves a raise.

The Staff at this store was awesome. Indy and Yasmin were so amazing. They helped me fix my account and get things straight. Indy even fixed my tablet that wouldn't cut on. I was really impressed with the service and the personal experience with the staff. Thank you both for correcting my issues. I really appreciate it.

Great rag tag bunch of guys and gals. Amazing people, services, and lets not talk about the tacos....omg the tacos...I absowutely wuv wis pwace....see what I did there....I'll be back for the upgrade and Direct TV soon...

Yasmin was friendly, informative and and professional. I had been a customer with a competitor for years, my bill kept going up and service didn't. I was able to get a phone I am very happy with and am already enjoying 5G in my travels. I recommend her and AT&T to anyone looking for a new carrier. Thank you Yasmin.

I went in with issues on my lg g5, and Yasmin helped me out a lot. She got me into a new lg v40 and it was an amazing experience! She actually was able to Inform me of a promotion going on that literally had me walking out of the store with bags full of accessories just for trading in my old phone!

Awesome accurate customer service. Everything I ordered on the pizza was up there! No just picking. Seriously everything I needed for my phone service was explained and set up. A one stop shop. I highly recommend this store.
