Rent-A-Center

They have been more than helpful to me and my family! Steven has a huge heart and even helped us during our hardships by replacing the money we were going to buy our daughter a coat with and came back to our house with a brand new coat for our daughter! Other rental places make me a little nervous and hard to trust but rent-a-center is on point! Brad is also an awesome individual! I give them a 10/10

Excellent customer service!! The current manager went above and beyond to help my son recover furniture that was rented in his name. The furniture served it's purpose and was able to go back when it was no longer needed. No long term obligation. This particular store is highly recommended by me.

Never have any problems, always kind, and they listen! They care and try to help you anyway they can, communication is key!

I've been here before but a long time ago. I decided to come back because the company that I was using ended up taking two payments without permission. That being said they were scheduled to close at 6:00 p.m. tonight I showed up at 5:40 and even though they were closing in 20 minutes they did not treat me like they were closing in 20 minutes if that makes sense to you guys basically they answered all my questions showed me all my options for what I was looking for broke down the payments and then helped me out with the whole application process and payment process again not at any point in time did they rush me or make me feel awkward or uncomfortable because I was keeping them past their scheduled time I didn't get out of there until about 6:20 p.m. again I've been with Rent-A-Center in the past but it was a long time ago. I can tell you by just how the store looked and how nice the employees were that's something had changed and I asked and they said that they were under New Management or like a store manager and area manager is new or something. Because I will tell you the last time I came in mind you this was a long time ago they made me feel like I was bothering them and made me feel very rushed which is why I ended up leaving them and going with the other company. Anyways to make a long story long if you have used Rent-A-Center in the past and had a bad experience all I can say is give him another shot cuz I promise you will not be disappointed at all.
So again thank you very much Myranda and the guy who was helping. I only knew her name because her name is on the paperwork LOL and I have a bad memory. For those of you who have made it this far into this review I hope you have a great rest of your day!

Edward is a great worker he will work with you. I can’t say anything about the other guys am sure they are sweet too. Their so nice I’m getting my whole house from there keep up the good work fellows

The liability of the merchandise and dealing with customer service has been absolutely awesome.
