Troy, Kathy and Cailey have been the most amazing people to deal with. I’ve had a unit there for 2 years. They’ve shown up as I’ve been working with snacks, offered hugs and given me great support and advice throughout the course of my separation and divorce. I never anticipated needing a storage unit but I’m grateful I landed with them. They create a family like atmosphere.

We have been using Safenest Storage Sherrills Ford for covered storage for our motorhome for several years and have been very pleased. The facilities are always well maintained and clean and have found the staff to be very helpful and accomodating as well. Security is taken seriously unlike some other storage places we have used. We anticipate that we will continue to store the motorhome here. Thanks again for all the help

Super easy to rent a unit, totally online and instant access to my storage unit. When I moved out they contacted me the next day and asked if I'd like to cancel my rental agreement. Very impressed with the level of customer service.

After considering multiple storage facilities, I chose Safe nest storage because of its convenient location, up to date facilities and on site office. I reserved my unit on line, went in to finalize everything with Kathy who is very thorough and friendly! I do wish they were open later because it’s so hard to move in this heat right now. But on the other hand, for my safety and security of my belongings I appreciate the hours. I did however realize after the fact, they don’t have flat hand carts. But Kathy was very quick to accommodate even mins before the office closing.

I called around several months before we actually needed the space and by far SafeNest was the most economical and convenient location for us. Kathy gave me all the info I could need and she was just so pleasant and I could tell she actually cared about the people and their needs. So when it came time for us to rent a storage area, I knew where we were going to rent. Kathy was there to greet us and the monthly fee was actually better than first discussed. She showed us different sizes and all the areas and grounds are very clean and the security leaves us knowing our storage will be safe. Thank you SafeNest, this is our first storage experience and so far, it couldn’t have been any better

The unit they suggested was perfect and the climate control is so nice. I went in dreading it,I hated every trip I had to make! When I first got there I was as a mess. Moving quickly from a long term marriage. I met Larissa and Cathy whom work there, I left satisfied with the service and every time I see them they still put a a smile on my face. Thank you ladies.
