Ed was amazing, patient, genuine and kind!! He was super great in helping me find the perfect bed for me! I’m a first responder, with neck and back injuries, so it was pertinent that I find a bed that helps me rest well and without pain! I highly recommend Ed and Mathis brothers sleep center in Norman!!

We had no intentions in purchasing today but after looking at several models and brands with Ashley she earned our business with her extensive knowledge. She took her time with us and answered any questions we had. We knew we were wanting a new mattress in the near future but with our experience today we decided to go ahead and buy one. If thanks to Steve he noticed we had our boys with us and quickly jumped in to entertain them while my wife and I shopped. Ashley (Mathis Sleep Center in Norman, OK) was a wonderful person to work with as we helped my mother buy a Purple Restore hybrid mattress with an adjustable base! She took the time to talk to my mother about how they would make sure the bed base height is exactly what she wants when sitting on the bed.

She answered all our questions and really seemed to care about making the purchase perfect for my Mom! I highly recommend her for her knowledgeable service in choosing what to get and how to get it delivered ASAP. And my Mom was thrilled to get a Purple King-sized pillow thrown in too ;)

Ashley has a very friendly personality that makes You feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable about all of the different types of mattresses they have, I asked for a more cooler bed that's semi firm and She showed Me an amazing bed that was very much what I wanted but out of My price range and then She showed Me 2 more mattresses and within 45 minutes We had seen 3 beds and I was buying a mattress that fits in My budget and is hitting most of My check marks. ✔ ✅ 😀 I didn't feel pressured to spend more money than I could afford and that's what I like in a sales person. I'll recommend Ashley to My local family and friends for their mattress needs!!!

Ed Evett at the Norman Mathis Brothers Sleep Center was a tremendous help. We hate pushy sales people and he was not at all. He did help us cut out shopping time considerably by asking what we where needing in a mattress and pointing out which ones fit our criteria. Our new bed is amazing and we have had great sleeps and get out of bed with no back pain! Thanks for the help, Ed

We had some issues with our existing mattress and decided to look for an upgrade. We walked into the Mathis Sleep Store in Norman, and explained our issues to Ashley. Before helping us find a new mattress, she told us that we might be eligible for a warranty claim, and walked us through the entire process.
When we were ready to choose a new mattress, she took her time to figure out our needs and explain the (dis)advantages.
Once we made our choice, delivery was made within a couple of days, since our pick had to be ordered, the delivery process was fast and efficient. Where they came in picked up our old mattress, and delivered the new one.
It took a couple of days to get used to the new mattress, but we love it.

All in all, Ashley has made this a great experience for us, thank you so much!

Trey Kennedy is top notch!! He was helpful, informative, but not overbearing. He answered our questions and then gave us space to talk between ourselves. We had put off buying a mattress for too long, mostly because I don't like dealing with sales people, but Trey made our experience pleasant and easy. Thank you Trey!

Ed was so helpful with our purchase. He took his time with us and we found exactly what we needed. He’s very nice and made us feel that we mattered. Jessica was a wonderful salesperson. She helped us figure out everything we wanted and needed. She also held the ticket until I knew exactly when we were closing on the house. Answered my call everytime I had a question. I had a hard time knowing exactly when I would be at the delivery location. She changed it 3 times for me. She checked on the delivery to make sure we were getting it since it was another city it was being delivered to. We would recommend Jessica for all your bedding needs. She is at Mathis Brothers Mattress in Norman.

My husband and I went into the store today with no real set mattress we wanted. We tried many beds, we had a great experience working with Ashley. She was so knowledgeable and left us time to discuss what we liked and didn’t like. We are very excited to get our new bed! Highly recommend her.
