Everyone is so friendly and yet professional at the same time.
Can tell Customer satisfaction is priority here. I am 8 weeks post op and all went well with my procedure, Miss Tonya has gone above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and has continued to check on me. She is the Best!!!

I was treated very professionally and kindly by the staff, and tho I'll not be having my teeth pulled here, I am depending on Dr. Journigan and their staff to help me with the dentures. I see they have good ratings and that is word of mouth, means a lot to me. They are nice as far as I've seen thus far. I'll let you know more when I can actually get the dentures, I'm having surgery in Wilson to remove the 13 teeth I have to have removed. I can't do it awake. If I could, I would definitely do that here, too. Ok, this is 2 Mondays from the extractions and I have got to recommend them to anyone who is serious about needing dentures, I have the most perfect set I feel anyone would have made sure was ready and prepared for me, by teaching me how to bite down. She told me how to care for them, and get used to them, and I've honestly never had a better experience at any dentists office, except for this one. But I did have my extractions done at a surgical facility for my own and their sake. My nerves couldn't take it awake. I think they are the best I've found for what I was looking. I am actually already learning to be able to chew and digest the food already, but can't bite down too hard yet,.

From the first time I met Dr J an his associates they have treated Me like Family.
I had 22 teeth pulled last Thurs the 25th an dentures put in the same day, I've had minimum pain an only light swelling an bruising.. I will say I was scared and My anxiety through the roof, but Tonya was right there with a warm blanket an headphones to mellow an calm me down.. Thank you All for letting Me be a part of your FAMILY, an can't wait for My follow ups... I would recommend them to everyone!

QUALITY STAFF AS WELL.. The Most Professional Staff I've Ever encountered. Super nice, super friendly, super knowledgeable, they make you feel like family. They Also Have What Other Places Don't. I was so scared the first time i went to have an extraction done. Dr jernigan and tonya, (who was my nurse) made me feel so comfortable. Even if youre afraid of needles that doesnt matter either cause the gel they put on first to numb you makes it so you cant feel a thing...i have had many procedures done by many differnt doctors due to my teeth being in horrible shape. I can honestly say that jernigan and associates is the fastest, and they couldnt be more gentle.they have made it a priority to see me even when i havent had an appt because they knew i was in pain. The ladies in the front who sched the appts have alsp called to check on me after i have had proceedures done...they have even called on a sat to make sure i was okay. i thank them from the bottom of my heart every time i go. I cant say enough good things about this practice...

The staff are very friendly, and helpful. I had a wonderful experience. I had a new set of dentures in no time, and was able to smile again with confidence. That you so much!!! I would definitely recommend his office.

I have had my dentures for years and I broke a tooth off of my bottom plate so I searched the web for a dentist that could handle it. I decided before I even went to them that I would need to replace the bottom dentures. I was more than pleased with the entire staff (a special thanks to Vada my nurse that helped me). I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service and I know you would be pleased as well.

This place is awesome I felt no pain they where affordable they removed 4 teeth I was nervous but they made me so comfortable. I really appreciated Dr Jordan and Tonya for making me feel at ease. Thank you so much for my smile...

I had a wonderful experience here (except for the tooth being removed)! The front desk was very nice to me and Dr. Jernigan and his assistant Tonya had the best bedside manner of an Doctors office I have ever been in. Hopefully I don’t lose any more teeth but if I do I’m going there!

They gave me my smile back, my confidence, its feels great to smile again and not hide my mouth. Thank you all so very much.

There is a pre-covid-19 process where patients are stacked in the waiting area until a dentist becomes available. I waited 3 hours before I walked out.

Now there is a covid-19 process where you make an appointment then sit in your vehicle waiting for a dentist to become available. But you must call to let them know you are there. Busy signal...busy signal...busy....busy...busy. Why is the dentists time so valuable, while the patients time is free. Free to wait and wait and wait.

The process is based on maximum revenue for the dentists, at the expense of the patients time.
Well Doc and Joc you are not the only two dentists in the world. You have no respect for your customers.
