My daughter went to the store and purchased some items for me. Kiki the sales associate was very helpful while she was showing me all the items. Our furniture just arrived at the promised time and the delivery people was very nice. We purchased 2 mattresses, a bench, recliner,and a beautiful 3 piece living room set.

My husband and I were looking for some furniture for our house. From the moment we arrived, John Scott provided amazing customer service. We were able to get a bunk bed and mattresses at a great rate! We're so thankful for his help and wanted to highlight his time with us today.

My experience was awesome. Mr. John Scott was very knowledgeable about the mattress that we purchased. He was patient as we experienced the feel of the various mattress that Badcock has. He explained the warranty and the assurance that Badcock stand behind the quality of all their merchandise. I felt comfortable in our purchase and I would most definitely purchase again.

I purchased a bunk bed from Badcock in Rocky Mount in 2009 and had it delivered. I received great customer service and the delivery guys were great. The bedroom set is still in use today is still in good condition. Last month I purchased a new bedroom set. I was in the store for about 20 mins and no one offered me assistance. Then came Daniel. He was very polite and helped me out. I just picked up my bedroom set today and the customer service was great. Daniel was there again and he went above and beyond to ensure my items were loaded securely. I was very satisfied with my experience today and look forward to purchasing from them again in the near future.

Dealt with the new manager and she was wonderful! Her main concern was my satisfaction and answered every question I had! I had stopped dealing with Badcock due to previous management and staff but I'm back and this will be my furniture store!

Bought a bed and a chair from here and the service was fast and efficient. They made it very easy and worked with my schedule. Wasn’t as expensive as other furniture stores in the area. Would love to buy something else but I don’t need anything at the moment. When I will though, I will definitely go back there and I highly recommend them.

They hold very true with the quality of their merchandise and most of all with their financing. I am very very happy with the outcome of our purchase, I love my new livingroom set. Very friendly staff,welcomed from time I entered the store. Store very clean and organized with a large selection of furniture. Loved the variety and the quality of the products as well as the prices. Daniel was friendly and professional and answered my questions. Daniel is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you don't see anything you like ask to see the catalog. More merchandise in that book, better than looking online! Badcock always has sales and promotions. Veterans get 10% discount too.

Been dealing with these guys for years. Never had a problem. Ive bought several items and will continue doing so. I enjoy seeing Daniel, Matt and Tj (Tanisha) everytime i go in.
