Incompetent, negligent, unprofessional and just plain rude. The person I worked with while using this firm began with what I thought would be a great relationship and quickly turned into a nightmare. They never gave me a straight answer to any of my questions regarding quickbooks and when tax season arrived, I found that they had neglected to give me the proper instructions on reconciling. So what I could have taken care of throughout the previous year, had to be done in a matter of a week causing me to pause everything else I had going on with running a business to rush through a years worth of information. I am certain that I ended up paying way more than I should have due to this situation.

This in one of many issues I had while dealing with this firm and I could go on and on with documentation of each interaction but all I will say is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this firm.

One of the worst CPA firms I've ever worked with; horrible communication and customer service. I do not recommend to anyone. They consistently remain understaffed making their workloads too heavy to tend to all of their clients.
