H&B Ace Hardware

The customer service at H&B Ace Hardware is absolutely some of the best I've ever experienced in retail! In this day & time it's a rarity to be greeted or acknowledged when you enter a retailer. My experience at H&B took it to another level. I was there to purchase furnace air filters. Instead of simply directing me to the location of the filters, the associate asked the size I needed. He then stated that he'd find the filters & bring them to me. If you want to feel that a business appreciates your patronage, shop H&B Hardware!

Strongly prefer shopping here than the giant hardware suppliers. I don't need a zillion options. I need solutions that work. And I know when I shop here & have a question I've always gotten great local , honest guidance. That means far more to me. Keep up the great work 👍

This is the best place to go for supplies in Eden. If you want Lowe's, gotta go to Reidsville. They have a good selection of products for any job that you may have to do. They're not as big as Lowe's, but they do have quality items

So pleased Eden has a Great Hardware store with a Great Staff and Selection. I like the option of Eden First without having to ride to Lowe's or be forced to have to go to Wal-Mart. If you haven't shopped H&B Hardware, it is Your Loss so give them a shot the next time you have a Home Project, you will Not be sorry!

I have been in many an Ace Hardware store since 1999 and leaving Link Watson Ace. This is the best stocked, cleanest and friendliest Ace hardware I have ever been in since Link Watson. Santa will be back.

These folks work hard for their customers. I was pleasantly surprised to see a establishment that works for customer satisfaction. More companies sould follow their lead.
