Dale R. Marlar Law Office, P.L.L.C.

Dale is a good man. I unfortunately had to go through a divorce and didn’t have any clue where to start. I walked into his office and immediately felt like this was the place I need to be. Dale helped me get through and read every page to make sure I knew what I was getting. So let’s fast forward to yesterday. Which was around a year or so later and my ex was starting to make threats to me about the divorce. So I called dale and immediately he knew who I was and didn’t skip a beat on helping me not to worry about the situation and explained they were just empty threats. This is a solid man and a great lawyer. I would suggest him to my closet friends and if I have to will use him again to save the day. I strongly suggest dale to anyone going through this kind of horrible mess.

I will always trust Dale to take care of the important things in my life. He is kind, knowledgeable, hard-working, and well connected. Several years ago, I found myself in an impossible situation, trapped in a relationship with someone who was just not a very nice person. I was a young woman with very few family and friends, due to circumstances beyond my control. I was attempting to leave my abusive relationship, when I was arrested for a crime I didn't commit. I thought I would forever be at the mercy of a bad person, and a small town police force, who failed to see the truth in the brusises that covered me. I was able to reach out to him on the jail phone, and as soon as he was made aware of the situation, he was came to my rescue. He has a wonderful big heart, he could see that I was so afraid, and needed help. So, he went to bat for little girl who needed to catch a break. In addition to stellar legal services, Dale helped me to keep a positive outlook, even though I was looking at prison time. If it wasn't for him, I might have gone to prison, and would probably still be there today. Now, I have two beautiful daughters, a son, and an education. I couldn't have done it without him, and I will always be grateful for Dale. He has been a positive force in my life, a father figure, a spiritual mentor, and the first man who has ever treated me right.

Dale is very knowledgeable and kind. Katie is nothing short of awesome. They make a great team. My case(s)- complicated and intertwined HOT MESS. Therefore my “freak-out” gauge was in the red constantly. The availability and response along with stern compassion pulled me through some scary moments.
