Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

Had a really great meal here. There are new owners and the food quality has improved tremendously.

This is the BURNSVILLE location. Most of the recent negative reviews have been for another location. Please make sure your review if for the Burnsville location. Thank you. Burnsville is under new ownership and they’re trying everything they can to provide great atmosphere and make the best food they can. They want to make their community proud.

Great service. Pimento cheese burger with bacon was awesome. They went out of their way to make a key lime shake even after they found out there were some logistics issues. They came through anyway even when I offered to change my order. Burger and tots came out fast. Great for a quick meal.

My family of 4 just ate there and everything was excellent. The food, the atmosphere and the service was awesome! The portions were large and at a great value. Thank you and we'll be back!

Very attentive staff, lightning fast service. Great food. Their shrimp Po boy is to die for. Extremely reasonable prices. Will definitely be back. UPDATE: have already been back, and it's SO worth the long drive from Leicester. Hope, once HWY 55 opens in Weaverville the new staff there will get the same training. Staff here is AWESOME.

Right now I’m eating The jalapeño cheese steak and it’s so great !!!!!! The service was terrific and the atmosphere was great . Good job guys and gals :)

My wife and I came in and she ordered a pimento burger & tater tots. I ordered a Cobb salad. She loved the burger, very flavorful bacon was very crispy as well as in my Cobb style salad. It was great. Can’t wait to come back and try a burger myself on the way out, we tried a chocolate sundae and a strawberry shake and they are fantastic. Also need to give kudos to a new waitress there that we had name Harley did a great job and great personality.

This was my second time, first time wasn't great, 2 nd time was fantastic. I don't really know what else to say, give her a try.

Sooo, several moons later, I meet some folks here every other week and it definitely improved over time and we all enjoy it, consistently good food and service, I'm upgrading score across the board. They earned it

We had a terrific experience with our visit! The service was friendly and extremely welcoming. I had a cheeseburger with chili and it was absolutely delicious! The fries were hot and crispy and the sweet tea was good. I definitely enjoyed and recommend!

Dude $11 for 3 milkshakes and a massive thing of fries! And all so good! 10/10 would go again

If you haven't been to this location since the new owner Steven took over, you need to visit! He's a very friendly and professional owner who treated us like you might expect at a 5-star fine dining restaurant. The burgers and shakes we had were fantastic! Anytime we are driving through Burnsville we will stop in!

Awesome lunch. The hamburgers were better than any I've had before, in my opinion better than 5-Guys. There fries are given in abundance and not greasy at all. Friendly, clean and nice atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

Quick Service, Plenty Of Food For The Price, If You Leave Hungry That Would Be Your Own Fault Because We Had Plenty And Our Teenage Daughter Even Ate Till She Couldn't Take Anymore...lol But Seriously, I Highly Recommend This Place.

The food was excellent and fast Friday night. The ambient was incredibly welcoming and family friendly. The service wasn't overbearing and they didn't ignore us either. We loved the 1950s-60s theme and had a great time in general.

A wonderful place to get away from Interstate 26 especially for any long traveling you might be doing! Small town atmosphere and legitimately feels like you have stepped back in time. The staff is amazing and the cook serves up some tasty treats! We will remember this place for a long time and cannot wait to stop by again on our next road trip.

Very nice waitresses and staff. I had the Shrimp Po' Boy -- nothing poor about it... It was HUGE. I declined dessert, but my gracious it was tempting! A beautiful, humongous sundae went to another table and made me drool.
