Great selection and awesome prices —Greer’s prices beat all the furniture places in the area. I found their prices even lower than Costco!

This Furniture Store is so wonderful to do business with, as their personal do everything possible to provide you with the best possible prices and service. Recently, I bought a "Made In The USA" Power Lazy Boy Recliner. It has a fantastic lower lumbar power adjustment, as well as many other power options and the pricer included a full warranty for electrical mechanical and any stains. The price was better than any imported or even USA competitor. I actually once bought from Lazy Boy outlet and Greers was way better in the price and service.

That's my review and I usually only post reviews when I am truly moved by Service and Price. This particular business for me has been a very positive experience!

All four customer service reps we met with were wonderful, willing to help, were extremely patient while we discussed options, and offered many suggestions. Pricing is very competitive, if not favorable compared to the other stores we visited... Options galore... They are a Lay-Z-Boy distributor - wow! I was pleased to see this. We WILL go back when we are ready for the next addition to our home.

First off I just want to say thank you to Lisette Carey for her remarkable customer service! After a morning of a lot of disappointment and belittling from other furniture stores, I remembered a hometown furniture store my grandmother always bought furniture from. I decided to drive to Loudon and see what they had! As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately! With open arms I may add and someone who was ready to help me instead of judging me by the clothes I was wearing ( we are in the process of moving into our new home we bought last Friday)… Lisette immediately begin to ask me what I was looking for and was so friendly not only was she friendly she showed so much interest and was just as excited about our new home and furniture as I was! Her and her team not only got me approved for the new sectional but she was able to get it financed in my name alone! I can not thank you enough for making my day! Often we judge people by the outside when in all reality it’s what’s on the inside that counts!! Thank you Greer’s for not only having beautiful furniture with reasonable pricing but phenomenal customer service!

We stopped in after getting to town to buy a few finishing items for our house in Loudon. My fiancé and I met Mr. Bo (hope I spelled it right) who was not only super nice and very knowledgeable about the town and his products but also told us if we got the items home and just didn’t like the way they looked in the house or decided for any other reason not to keep them that we could just bring them back for a full refund or to swap them with something else. Who does that???? Those reasons are why I’ve been back three times and why I will always go go Greer’s first before going anywhere else from now on. We ordered two end tables, decided we only needed one and swapped the unneeded one for two bar stools that look amazing! It looks small from the outside but they have a lot to choose from. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Tired of the big box stores? Then go to Greers first before you go anywhere else. This is a family owned store in Downtown Loudon. You will be treated like family. Great quality furniture at wonderful prices. Can't say enough good things about this store. SHOP LOCAL it will not only save you time but money as well!

We stopped in never being there before. Lisette was very friendly and helpful. We had looked everywhere for the right color style and price for a bed room set. We found a couple of options at other stores but for what we wanted to spend we were not satisfied with the quality. We not only found the right style and color but was surprised to find the best price of all and with a higher grade of quality. We definitely recommend Greer's Home Furnishings.

Hadn't shopped at Greets in a number of years because the last time I was looking for a recliner the lady kept insisting I needed the Italian leather one.I did not. I came in, looking for another recliner on a whim and was helped by a very fine young man. He helped me choose a recliner for my husband, no pressure. I have purchased from Greers for many years and will continue to do so as longer as I am treated the way the young man who sold me the recliner, on pressure.

Thank you Beau and Lisette for superior service! They helped me special order the perfect recliner with all the newest upgrades after the manufacturer's store pretended that model didn't even exist. Then when the manufacturer took so long to make and deliver it, Lisette kept me updated regularly and encouraged me to remain positive. I couldn't ask for better, more personal customer service!
