Absolutely awesome people, service and facility. And, of course, the plethora of PB heartwarming dishes to choose from!

Likely one of the better locations I've been to. The start of our visit was rocky. I ordered a steak, egg, and cheddar on ciabatta; however, when my sandwich came out, it was a steak and white cheddar covered in onions. I looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged for a similar sandwich to what I ordered and a drink that I did not order.

The kitchen staff quickly corrected my sandwich, apologizing profusely. They also refunded me for both the sandwich, and the drink. They also gave me a cookie for my inconvenience. They were pleasant throughout the experience. They wished me well when I was leaving. I was impressed.

Always stop here, best run Panera I have been to. Not sure why it has only 3.7 stars. Everything here is well made and the place is clean. Friendly staff too.

Some friends and I went to the Rocky Mount location. The cashier was very helpful.

The food was outstanding! I chose the pick two, and had apple salad with chicken (half salad) along with the chicken and pepperoni baguette melt. The servings were big enough that I had a to-go box for tomorrow's meal. The kids enjoyed their meals, and so did the rest of the adults in our party.

The place was clean and the rest of the staff was great as well.

A nice Panera bread, clean on the inside with tons of seating available. I did a rapid pickup and it was done and ready to go before I even got to the restaurant. The iced coffee was kind of meh and watered down but everything else we ordered was really good. Overall a great Panera Bread with very friendly and helpful staff.

4/13/24: Decided to try it again while passing through. Glad I did because I received phenomenal service from Susie and Karena. Food was delicious!

Just recently opened in Rocky Mount! Employees are still learning so a negative comment will not be left at this time. I plan to return and see improvement. Place was clean and food was good!

Great food.Take my elderly clients wkly they love the cheddar broccoli soup.

The food was good. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I sat outside w my teacup puppy to eat. The people bringing curbside orders out both asked me if I was ok and if I needed anything else. The reheated my pizza for me, it had gotten a little cold. They also brought me a fresh drink. The manager also asked if I needed anything when he came out. They are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work 👍

I love Panera, and this location is especially good. Great food and solid service every time, as well as a very chill and comfortable environment (they play awesome music too! Lauryn Hill, Stevie Wonder, a lot of recent Indie music, a good mix of things all good!) My favorite meal is the Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich with hot Ginger Peach tea. The potato chips are pretty good too. Just overall an excellent restaurant for every reason and I go there whenever I have an excuse.

Stopped on our way home from the Outerbanks. I would definitely recommend this Panera. It is a brand new location. It was very clean! Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. They had high chairs for the kids. This location also has private restrooms with changing changing tables. Staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything. Bonus points for being in close proximity to Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and CVS.

In the last 6 months or more, there has been a management change. Since, customer service, quality of the food, services have been top notch. I meet a friend monthly and every time management approaches to ask if everything is OK. If there is any issues, it gets taken care of with beyond reasonable expectations. Will continue going to this location. You wouldn't be disappointed if you ate here.

Service was great. I went to the drive-thru and eveytime customer service is a 10. Atumn squash Soup is always hot!

Thank you for excellent service! We were driving through on a long trip from Florida and the amazing staff made certain to stay open a couple of extra minutes for our family tonight. Enough can't be said for such exceptional team members including the ADM who was working late to help out from another store.

I’ve always liked anything I get from Panera. This time I got the Strawberry poppyseed salad, half a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and ordered my mom a Cobb salad and a half a turkey bravo sandwich. We loved our dishes! The salad was so light a refreshing. To drink I usually get a half lemonade/half passion green tea and I love it. I also love the broccoli and cheese soup! Service was fast, friendly staff, and my order was correct even with changes being made to some of the order.

Jaylen and Ricky gave outstanding customer service. Jaylen took his time explaining about the soup and sandwich choices. He explained the seasonal soup choices availability as well. He was extremely friendly. Ricky bought my food to my vehicle. He was very professional. Both of them gave impeccable service, from a fro and warm atmosphere. I give both of them the highest of accolades and look forward to visiting the store again!

I was at the Panera Bread in rocky and the team member name bounce was excellent he gave great customer service and food was amazing he made sure my order was correct he also gave me the best customer service I have ever had he made me and my family feel welcome I highly recommend this location and he deserves a acknowledgment for his great customer service the true definition of customer service at its finest
