Acuity Neurology

Dr. Berry Passini was very nice and helpful. However, I don't know if she's a nurse or what she is, her name is Nicole, she was awful. Extremely rude and does not belong working with the public.

I never post reviews, but I think it’s necessary in our situation. If I could give less then 1 star, I would. I do not recommend Acuity Neurology or Dr. Passini. My husband was injured at work a year and a half ago and suffers from chronic migraines and ear pain. He has tried multiple medications and nothing has worked for him. His first appointment here, he said Dr. Passini kept answering his phone in the middle of his consultation and he felt like he was being ignored. I recently went to one of his appointments with him and went in with an open mind. Whenever I would ask a question during his appointment I was completely ignored and the doctor would just continue looking at his computer. Five minutes later he would look up and then only address my husband, completely ignoring me and not answering my questions. My husband has been missing work because of his condition, and Dr. Passini has now refused to write him a doctors note, which means my husband will probably lose his job. I am a stay at home mom, so this puts us in a horrible position, which could be avoided if he’d just write a simple note. Or actually know what’s going on with your patient before you file FMLA for someone and then make it that it’s impossible to get a note that’s required. Save your money and don’t waste your time going here.

staff was friendly on the phone, but waited WAY too long for my eeg. I was there 15 min early like the requested and was about to get up and leave after waiting almost an hour. I was out in the parking lot when someone came and said they were ready for me. Also because I waited so long I was late for my MRI, which they also scheduled for me. this was in the beginning of feb, 2018. No one at Acuity Neurology told me anything about a follow up appointment or when I would find out my results. I just found out in the middle of may and I had to call and ask, because I didn't understand why I was making payments to my bill when I had no clue if my head was ok or not. I'm a human being and definitely did not get treated like one at this establishment. I don't know if it's because they were judging me or I didn't have good enough insurance, either way not a good experience.

Dr. Passini has terrible beside manner at one point he actually rolled his eyes when i was telling him my symptoms. Very unprofessional and the front desk employees are not much better wont return calls etc...

this place if awful if you are to sick to make it to your appointment they will not let you have short term disability and the medical assistant nicole really needs to find a different job if she doesnt even care that a patient is crying and depressed because of a medical condition not to mention she will dodge your calls as much as possible

I'm almost positive the neurologist isn't a real doctor.

Do yourself a favor and choose Aspirus. They have friendlier and more professional staff.
