Through the years we have used many moving companies, we been scammed, stolen from, and refused claims through broken handing. We were so blessed to have Veronica and her team with Anderson Transfer arrive at our home as we prepared for another move. The packing team took passion and pride to pack our rooms professionally, then the next day the driver and movers arrived. The driver greeted us with his team, a walk through, and it was go time. The movers carefully wrapped our belongings and covered floors, packed the truck neatly and handled our belongings preciously. Thank you Veronica, Anderson Transfer aka North American for taking care of us. We will never use another moving company again and always use North American. As being active duty, we may see another move in future and look forward to requesting you again. For those looking at reviews from our experience do your homework as other moving companies hold your belongings hostage, steal or break your stuff, and deny your claims....North American is an approved mover and will make sure you are taken care of (Homework). Anderson Transfer provided one-stop moving services, from in-person estimates to packing to storage to delivery in an exceptional manner. Anderson Transfer facilitated my first military move. I was hesitant considering all the horror stories of moving companies not caring for other’s personal belongings, but they were extremely professional and exceeded expectations! Mr. Chuck and his team handled the packing from SC and they were great! They ensured I felt satisfied in my packing before they left and were extremely courteous and friendly. Plus they were early! Mr. Charles and a team from VA handled the unpacking to my house in VA and they were phenomenal. It was a rainy day and they laid a blanket down to limit water in my home. Not one single dent or scratch in my floor or walls. They moved stuff around if I asked. They asked me where I preferred stuff, instead of assuming. Dispatch always answered my calls, so i was always informed of could call if I had a question. Best moving experience!

The team, led by Thomas (driver) and Meil (packing team), were incredibly professional. They were focused on ensuring my possessions were packed securely so they arrive safely. They calmed my anxieties and accommodated my requests. I’ve moved 5 times in the last 15 years and this has been the best experience by far. I will request Anderson as a preferred moving company in the future, if given the opportunity. Definitely recommend!! Thank you for everything!

Laurie and Dave were the best movers ever. We got lucky. They worked so hard and kept everything organized. I admired the way they worked so well with each other. Their calmness, organization and good communication made the out-of-state move seamless in a stressful time.

The requirements for my move kept changing right up to the last minute. When we sold our home, the buyer wanted to purchase a lot of my furniture, which changed my estimate, then we decided to store most of our furniture and move just a few things into an apartment (3rd floor!). Anyway the team at Anderson Transfer were very patient with us and delivered the good's on time and for a very fair price. In about 10 months they will be delivering our stored furniture to a house that we are building now - I'm completely confident they will be as efficient and as professional as they were the first time.

Rain Drop and his crew were professional, courteous, and very understanding. I honestly couldn't thank them enough for their hard work today. Also, your driver Chuck was just the reassuring voice I needed for our PCS to Carson.

Showed up on time and ready to work. The three guys did a great job of working together and making sure everything was taken care of. They stayed busy and were mindful of the new home. No complaints at all.
