Food's always good, usually a little slow but I've seen times when there's only 2-3 workers in there and it's still a hundred times better than the one in Spruce Pine. Can't really vouch for the atmosphere as I've only ever used the drive thru

Two girls working that day and they did great! Really great! Place was clean other than the roof leaking in a few places. The ladies took care of business 100%. Just wish the other locations would do better.
